My experience from start to finish with A Fagundes Plumbing was exceptional. I received a response for an appointment (replace an insinkerator and a leaking faucet) the next day and had it scheduled for the following week. Prices in my opinion were comparable to other providers. To note - I had called on a Saturday to add the faucet work, and receive a call that same day, acknowledging that this work would be added. The receptionist who scheduled me had impeccable phone etiquette and was in general nice to deal with. The week of the appointment, I received 2 follow up reminders for the appointment (the day before, and the day of). Execution was also stellar. Steve and Sonith walked me through my options clearly and concisely and with written documentation (looked like a prepopulated booklet of various work items) of work to be done. It was efficient, and easy to understand, and nice to have a visual to digest when the work was explained to me. The work was done in ~2 hours, and my kitchen was left undisturbed. What stood out for me in this experience were the details - the professionalism on behalf of the phone personnel and the gentlemen (Steve and Sonith) doing the work; the fact that Steve and Sonith wore shoe protectors before they walked on my hardwood floors; the automated nature of their paperwork (no carbon copies - all digital) and the cleanup they did afterwords. Long story short - this was by far the best experience I've had with repairs, and I've had a number of them. Will certainly reach out for future work. You get what you pay for here.

Always went well. They are responsive to calls and email. We have met many of their technicians, and they are all courteous and professional. They are knowledgeable about energy efficiency which we care. Pricing is reasonable.

Not only was the work professionally installed to my satisfaction but all necessary paperwork was done by Danielle in main office who basically took care of everything. These folks are top notch. By the way, I hired Fagundes based on other positive Angie List recommendations.

Boiler install went fine. The were prompt, tidy, and knew the answers to any question I had. The boiler ended up having a faulty part, the came out found the problem and replace the part. I will use them again.

I did other work with them. It was well, they're very good, they're very expensive also. I don't know how much I spent with them, thousands. They came and did three separate jobs, maybe it was a year or a year and a half ago. They're very good actually, technically, they're very good. The price is not all that great. The quality is very good. They're also very responsive. Their punctuality is good. They're professional. I will not consider using them in the future. It's nothing personal they're very good professionally, but I feel like it's too expensive.

The works came out fine, passed inspection.

Very clean and excellent job. I will surely hire them for any major work in the future. It has been almost 3 years using that water heater and absolutely no complaints. The system was installed in a closet in a bedroom and whenever I walk in and look at the installation I admire the work to this date. The only issue is that they are a tad expensive, and hence for smaller and easier cookie cutter jobs, I will either try to do myself or choose someone less expensive.

They also did the paperwork for me since I was eligible for the energy and clean air rebate and submitted all the forms! Excellent service!

He arrived right on time, and cleaned out the sink drains with an electric snake after checking out the pipes in the basement. He checked out the sinks in the bathrooms on the first and second floors, and fixed a small repair I was unable to do myself. Super nice, polite guy.

He never followed up with a estimate. I called several times looking for the estimate and he still never even responded. I will never call them again and have moved on.

They arrived promptly and had the system back up and running quickly. They then started evaluating the system for defects and called the manufacturer for guidance to ensure there were no vendor-specific quirks. Once the heat was back on, they stuck around long enough to ensure my pipes hadn't frozen which was much appreciated. This is the third time I've used A. Fagundes H&P and I can recommend them without reservation.

Communicated with someone through messaging. No response after telling them only wanted service plan with one visit a year. Called office and spoke with a woman who said she would call or email with available appts. That was three days ago.

I was out of heat and Al came the very next morning right on time. I was impressed by the work done, the heat was fixed within a couple of hours for both zones affected. Just in time for the sub zero weather. Great professionalism, high quality of the work done and I can say I have found my plumbers for life! Thanks Al

It was good. It was a little bit pricier than I thought. Nothing is wrong right now.

I called a few places and thought why not give these guys a try. I want to start my saying the guys were punctual. When they came they diagnosed the problem and installed a switch and blower. They left and my Heater worked. Next morning, it didn't work so the guy came back and assess the issue talking about the pipes needed to be changed. So, we paid them again. A total for both jobs around 2,100 dollars. From the first job myself, and family asked for the written work receipts. technician said they will email it and nothing. When I hired them to do the second job, I called the office and asked the girl for the work receipts. She replied she will email them and days go by nothing. Now I have the receipts for what they charged on my card but I don't understand a company that won't give written work on how much it cost in parts,labor,and diagnosed fees, Nothing. Will mostly not use them again. Seems sketchy.Again they were punctual.

This heating company was amazing. I called many companies and this one was very professional and on time. I got my heat repair within 2 days. I would highly recommend them to friends and use them again. They were very friendly and punctual. Very pleased.

They did a fantastic job! Will definitely have them back to do other work!

WOW! I am so impressed with Al Fagundes Plumbing & Heating! We have much work done by these guys in the past 2 yrs. and have absolutely no complaints; i.e. installation, maintenance, and fixes as needed for Central AC, furnace, duct work, tankless water heater, gas pipe install for dryer, dryer vent flush, wax ring replace under toilet, gas stove install and hood with vent to outside. We've live in an old house and Al & the team have had their share of challenges with that and some with our furnace as well, but Al and his team always took the time to get to the bottom of the issue and put in the proper fixes. Fagundes plumbing came to our rescue several times in harsh winter winter and nasty summer heat as well. Al always responded within 1/2 hour of my original email or call. I am most impressed with Al's extensive knowledge of plumbing & heating, his friendliness in explaining exactly what was needed letting us know the cost up front, and always answered all of my questions. Al, George, and the team are always very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, punctual, and always seemed to genuinely care about our situation. Also, they always wore the booties to protect my hardwood floors no matter what the weather outside without being asked. What more can you ask for! Dealing with Office Manager Danielle is always a pleasure as well, she is always on top of everything, processing all rebates, coupons, and billings with ease and provides exceptional customer service. She is a true asset to the company. If you want a plumbing & heating company with a 'family' feel, these are your guys! The Spiggot install was fine and the work was good & clean. The recall work was not done because the quote exceeded 2.5x what was reimbursable. The adjustments to the cut-in/out took 45 minutes and ended with being told that the adjustment controls are not working. The leak was reviewed for 1 hour and was told to try caulking the water outlet in the shower.

The work was done well and they were able to come out quickly and responsive. My only issue was that they were expensive.

Plumbers showed up on time and explained fully what was going to take place. They finished work as stated explained as to the what stage they were at through out the job. they were very professional and courteous. Once done with the plumbing they showed me what they had done. They also cleaned up the job site. i am very pleased by how they handled my job and would gladly refer them to other customers.

Very well. We were getting hot and cold intermittent water. They recommended cleaning and servicing . Sammy was very professional and fixed the problem.

My wife met Al Fagundes at the Lowell Home show and set up an appointment for him to come out and evaluate our system. I met with Al two days later and he did a boiler energy evaluation. Al recommended a smaller boiler since my existing boiler was oversized for the house. He provided three options and I chose the Weil-McLain CGA series. Danielle from his office contacted me with the installations details. On installation day, George and Ron arrived promptly and began removing the old system. The new system was delivered and they began installing it in a very professional and neat manner. The finished product looks great and everything was done as Al and I discussed. Danielle notified me that she completed the warranty information and registered my new boiler. All around great, coordinated, professional and courteous service. I would definitely recommend Al Fagundes Plumbing and Heating for all my future needs. Thanks for everything!
