Description of Work: Installed gas forced heat/ac furnace, condenser, duct work, and 7 registers. Install gas tank-less hot water heater, and gas pipping.

Description of Work: Fagundes Plumbing and Heating installed a Mitsubishi air conditioning and heating unit. Their pricing was the best of three that I considered. They did an excellent job. They were on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up when they were done. I give Nick and his crew an A. I highly recommend Fagundes Plumbing.

Description of Work: They were very nice, but did not know how to service the brand of furnace I have, which added to the time it took to fix the issue, which added to the cost. My neighbor used them and were very happy with them.

Description of Work: Replaced pressure relief valve and leaking plumbing connectors for the oil water boiler. The furnace previously became unusable because the pressure relief valve popped and the pipes leaked at a couple of joints.

Description of Work: Replaced all cast iron drains with plastic pipe, and replaced all hot and cold copper water lines with pex pipe and fittings. Installed Mitsubishi air conditioners in 4 rooms. Installed Kohler 20KW generator. Performed plumbing related to remodeled kitchen, and also performed work in one bathroom. All work was performed quickly, efficiently, and on time. Workers were highly qualified.

Description of Work: Installed mitsubishi split-type airconditioner. The owner came to explain the job and cost. He provided written information about his company which I had never seen before but really appreciated. it was very professional. It turned out to be a much larger job than anticipated (it's an old house), but the men worked long days (working around our schedule) and kept us informed of progress. It took a full extra day than anticipated, but there was no extra cost. They even took care of a small plumbing issue for me with no charge. The men were professional, courteous and hard working. They cleaned up each day and let me know when they'd be back. I'd highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Al Fagundes installed our new boiler and heating system in 2011. Al did quality work and was easy to work with back then. Since expanding his company to additional employees and delegating most of the plumbing and heating work to those employees, we found the quality of the workmanship declined SUBSTANTIALLY. We even had a couple of instances where the contractor broke things in the process of his job. We would not use or recommend Fagundes Plumbing and Heating.
