When I called her I told her I live in a log cabin house with windows with little squares in them, windows pop out and storm windows are separate pop out. When she got here I showed her how to take the windows out in the kitchen, and if she needed more help to ask me. then she went to the dining room, did not pop out the windows, only washed what she could reach she said. The front bay window was very streaky, she did it again, still streaky. So I just let her go, all the windows are streaky, not washed on the outside or the storm windows. She vacuumed around some windows, others I did. Upstairs was hit or miss, she was done in less than 2 hours. Well it was better than nothing, but if she didn't want to do the job she should have said so. I told her when she got here I did not remove the bottles on the window sills etc before she came , just in case she did not want to do the job. She started to work. I moved the bottles etc and replaced them myself. She just kept doing her own thing. I paid her the price she quoted over the phone without a comment. I am very dissapointed.

Very reasonable rates. Did not use as I chose to go with a cleaner that uses natural cleaners

A couple years ago I used her a few times to clean my house when I lived in Greenfield. She was so good, when I left the area I recommended her to a few friends. She got so much business she was able to quit her second job and focus on her cleaning service. When I moved back, I used her for the floors.
