Bob fixed the problem. I had used his services before at another house I owned. I had water coming in where the well pipe comes through the foundation and the septic pipe goes out through the foundation. Bob took care of the problem and guaranteed his work. I would recommend Bob to anyone having cracked foundations or water coming in your basement. He is professional on time and takes care of the problem.

Seems to have gone well. His work has a lifetime guarantee of the house. Although the work he did on the bullhead was not guaranteed. We noticed water still getting in.

Bob was prompt in his inspection and offered a solution to our basement water problem. He was prompt in completing the work and we haven't had a leak as of yet. Grinding concrete is a messy job and when he left, we coudn't tell he was even there. Great Job!.

He used his injection formula to repair the crack. He also covered a spot under the window that was not a crack but was leaking and gave me a suggestion to solve the problem because it was not something he did. I was very thankful for his input. He took about a couple of hours and was done. He cleaned up the work area. I am so happy to have this done. Would definitely recommend him and/or use his company again.

They were fine. They did the inspection too. They found that there were no leaks and that the basement was in good shape. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. I think it was the owner who came out. He was very friendly, very informative and answered all my questions.

I had water seeping in where Gas line comes in house. Bob provided me flat rate quote based on our emails and photos i sent him. He showed up early which was fine. He assesed the area and advised me he may not be able to resolve it depeneding on what he found after removing the cement previous owner had patched with. Once he opened the area up he saw he could use his injection method to resolve the issue. I left him to work and he finished the work in about 2 1/2 hrs. Very thorough and cleaned up everything as he wasnt even there. Patch looks great. He has a warranty if it should ever leak he will repair at no cost. Time will tell but I would definitly recomend him. Also he provided me with some sites that had dicsounted rates for his service which was very nice of him.

I spoke with Bob and we setup a date to have the work done. The date was within a reasonable amount of time of my deal purchase. Bob ended up calling me to do the work a week earlier than the original date which is great. The sooner the better when it comes to fixing leaks. Bob got straight to work I pestered him for a bit about the process he explained it to me and was very confident that it will not leak again. This was a huge relief since I have had roof looks and no one seems to stand by their work. The work was completed in under 2 hours. The work area was left spotless. I would definitely use this company again. I wish they fixed leaky roofs too.

Bob was very punctual. My appointment was for 9:00am and he arrived early. We were having problems with water in our basement due to a crack in the foundation. Bob found the crack immediately and took time to outline a plan for my home. We agreed on a price and Bob got to work right away. He was able to fix the crack. Job went very well, have not had any water since repair was done. More than I wanted to spend, but I wanted it done right. Took about 2-3 hours to grind it out and seal the crack. Owner does the repairs himself, and was very nice and knew what he was doing.
