Bob offers a lifetime warranty, so if we had a leak he would come back out. The repair was in Feb and it is Sept. so far so good.. I am happy no more water in the basement. I did hire another man to seal the foundation. It did not help and he did not answer when I called him back. Happy with Bob's work and My co worker also used him and she did re-leak and he did come right back out.

We were in the middle of Renovations of our basement when we noticed water on the floor. There was a large crack in the foundation behind the sheetrock and Bob not only fixed it for a good price, but he did it quickly so we did not have a delay in finishing the other work we set out to do.

Bob was able complete all work in a timely, professional manner. He communicated well, explained the repair process, and executed the repairs beyond our expectations. We will absolutely have him back if we need other repairs in the future.

His first estimate of cost was around what I expected for this project so I hired him for the job. Ended up costing us a little less than his estimate because one of the "leak" was not really a leak. He calmly explained that what I sought was outside of his purview, very kind. After a few words together we concluded I needed much more done to my basement repair than fixing cracks.

We sent Bob pictures of the crack and he gave us a quote over e-mail. He showed up on time to do the work, was very meticulous. He cleaned up after his work was done and left it cleaner than when he came. We just had a huge storm over the past two days with over 4 inches of rain and not a drop leaked into the basement. Bob, the owner did the repair work. He was on time, performed the work as stated, cleaned up everything after he finished. He repaired a crack in the foundation and 2 cold joints. We just had 2 storms in the last week dropping almost 4 inches of rain. Not a drop of water on the basement. I highly recommend him. I called other companies for estimates. Bob was the only one that wanted to see pictures of the repairs that needed to be done. When our pic's wouldn't go through our text, he came to the house. While the others just quoted me a price. Bob was very pleasant to work with and did a wonderful job sealing a crack in our basement wall that would create a puddle during heavy rains. He also cleaned up some crumbling concrete outside the same wall with hydraulic cement - it looks much better and allowed me to find a gap in the area that mice had been entering through (which is now sealed nicely!). I had gotten several quotes and even had one company say they would not be able to help me due to the location of the crack (partially behind the heating system), but Bob got it done quickly and effectively at a competitive price. I have included two "before" photos and two "after" photos. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

Bob was able to stop the leak. For the stubborn leaks, Bob came back to fix the issue at no extra charge. This is the 2nd time I used this company to fix leaks in my basement and would definitely call again if needed.

Bob fixed a sudden leak in our foundation in a really difficult to access location (where the well pipe enters, so crammed behind two tanks, and apparently with a lot of ground water ready to drain in from melting snow), repaired an existing crack, and, perhaps best of all, advised us that another crack didn't need repair. Not many service providers turn down a chance to make more money! He was responsive to our call, was able to do the work quickly, and did an excellent job. What a relief to have a dry basement again! I was initially going with another out of state company but then decided not to because that person wasn’t licensed in MA & if I had any issues down the road, I wouldn’t be covered by my state if we couldn’t resolve the issue amicably. Eventho this person assured me that he not only stands by his work, he always adhere to his agreement/contract. I gracefully declined & he forward my info to Robert Rueter (Bob). Bob, contacted me right away & agreed to carry the same agreement & warranty. Bob arrived promptly both days. We both agreed to what may or may not be removed before he began. He began the work & ended the first phase 9hrs later (the preexisting crack took some time). The following day, he completed the rest in 5hrs. During this entire time, Bob was more than happy to explain not only his process/method, but also some other ways to weatherize my home if I wanted to do so. He never tried to sell me anything outside of what he was there to do. He also didn’t seemed bothered by my frequent inspection...I’m inquisitive like that. The job was finished to not only his satisfaction but mine as well. Unlike many other contracted workers I’ve hired for odd jobs, he cleaned up after himself. My suggested to anyone who needs this type of work, cover up anything in the basement that would be exposed to the dust & keep your access (nosiness) to that area to a minimum. The dust even traveled up to my first level despite his machine & my air purifier...but it gave me the reason I needed to winter clean. Since the work was done while the ground is frozen, I’ll return & post an update in late Spring/early Summer after most of the rain has fallen. I’m excited to NOT see any leakage from those 3 areas after this impressive way of sealing cracks!!! WOW!! Great service and very professional. Bob Reuter called us, followed up and came to assess what needed to be done. Within 3 weeks done completely and cleaned up everything no messes left behind. We have no leaking. Amazing.. would recommend to anybody..

Excellent, bob came on time and his workmanship was excellent. His work area was neat and cleaned up the work site.

It has rained several times since the repair and no little river. I am very happy with his work. I was not at home at the time of the repair so I cannot speak to specifics but the person who let him in had nothing bad to say.
