Bob came in and replaced 2 temporary Lolly Columns, 1 rusted permenant, and added another. Everything was done timely and cleaned up after. The price was excellent for the work. Will use again.

We called Reuter Foundation for an estimate for a repair on a crack in the foundation, the estimate was reasonable and work completed promptly. There were two additional repairs made were an old foundation and new foundation met in two different locations, the repairs were made promptly and with the same reasonable rate. Contacted Bob around February 2022 for consultation on foundation and concrete cracks on a residential home built in the mid 1960's. He responded within a couple days and came out to look at the job. The weather was too cold to make repairs immediately but due to the type of repairs and structural integrity of the foundation, we had to wait for warmer temperatures. I had contacted other companies regarding the cracks, etc. and one eastern Massachusetts company had me send them photos and explanations of the job. They never replied or acknowledged my existence. Bob Rueter was top-notch! He always kept me informed on everything, including type of work, materials used, and his timeline around scheduling. He also looked at some smaller foundation cracks that were noticed after this basement got gutted to the studs. He completely repaired these smaller cracks that caused rainwater to seep into the basement living space too. I would highly recommend this company.

Found Rueter Foundation repair at the Home Show in West Springfield. He assured me he could fix our leak. I had tried a few things I'd read about, but they hadn't worked, so I was a bit skeptical. However, they sealed the leak issue around the pipe exiting our foundation to the sewer and we haven't had a speck of water since. We would definitely reach out to Bob if we have any leak/foundation issues in the future.

Excellent. Bob Reuter and his associate diagnosed the problem and installed carbon-fiber strapping to correct it. They did so in a timely fashion and did fine work.

I just realized I never returned to post an update on my original work back in 12/2017. Bob did have to return in the spring 2018 because unbeknownst to us, the crack was extended along the junction of the wall and floor. He was again punctual, tidy & professional. Since that time the leaking has greatly improved. Sometimes there's a small damp area but nothing like the trailing puddle before the fixed it. I live on a hill and the ground continues to shift so I'm hoping (fingers crossed) this problem doesn't get bad again....especially since we found another crack in the east wall. We didn't elect to fix it because it was not leaking. If it does, I know I'll be calling Bob. Thanks again.
