They knew that this was a very expensive project for me, and helped me by finding buyers for my propane heater and my window air conditioners. They also helped me file for every possible rebate available, and went to bat for me when I hit a snag caused by owning a condo, rather than a regular house. At first, it looked like they would have to run lines from the main unit installed on the back of my house, all the way to the front, which would have required a cover matching my exterior. Better than that, cheaper, and more efficiently, they found a way through the garage and up the wall to my bedroom - it was ingenious, and I didn't have to request permission from the condo association, since the wires and pipes were all inside my unit, nothing to be seen outside except for the heat pump in back. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Gates HVACR for any services that they offer - John Gates is a good, honest man.
