Family owned business since 1982 and 2016 Angie's List Super Service Award winner. All long term employees, no salesman and the two owners are on every job. We do not sub-contract unless it is a field of expertise outside of our field of business. We do offer financing and payment plans.
"The entire experience, from start to finish, was a pleasure, which we were not expecting. From the time Curt came out to take a look at our issue, from the time the team was wrapping up the work, everyone was extremely professional and friendly. We always heard from Curt when he said we would hear from him, and the team on-site was a hard-working group of professionals. The quote from Real Dry was about 3k less than competitors. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and no surprise add-ons to the quote. And the work they performed is top notch! They did a fantastic job and they will be my go-to company for any services they offer. We are very happy with the entire experience!"

Stonetastics® is a unique poured in place natural stone flooring system that is used over existing concrete. Designed for swimming pool decks, patios, walkways, and stairs, for indoor and outdoor applications. The product is poured in place, on site, at 1/2" to 5/8" thick. Product can be poured up to 4-5" thick as necessary to make any unlevel surface completely level, eliminating any and all trip hazards. Stonetastics® saves the consumer 60% to 70% compared to the alternatives of ripping out and replacing existing cracked, spalding, damaged concrete or stamped concrete overlays with more concrete or paver products. Stonetastics® is completely seamless and has no visible expansion joints. Our unique proprietary system bridges the cracks in concrete by restoring the original PSI strength with a liquid rubberized membrane system, which waterproofs the concrete preventing future cracks, then followed by an anti-fracture 1/8" thick rubber reinforced polyethylene wire system. "Once they applied the epoxy coating, overnight it was filled with air bubbles. They tried to sand the epoxy coating off then they reapplied an extremely thick coating of epoxy. Again it bubbled. The owner called me and said sorry it's moisture and he is not taking ownership and is walking away from the job leaving me in the lurch."

Mudjacking can be an expensive foundation repair process, but in many cases, it’s well worth the investment. This is especially true if you’re lifting a portion of sunken foundation slab back into place. In that case, mudjacking can help avoid major structural damage and even home collapse by restoring the integrity of your structure with minimally invasive procedures. Mudjacking a concrete patio, walkway, or sidewalk can be worthwhile because it removes tripping hazards and makes your outdoor area more aesthetically appealing.
The average cost of mudjacking is around $5 per square foot of concrete, with most concrete leveling jobs totaling between $3 and $8 per square foot. The typical cost to fix a sinking portion of concrete slab with mudjacking is around $1,100. The price you’ll pay depends on the size of the concrete slab you need to be leveled, the accessibility of the slab, and the type of material your contractor uses beneath the concrete to lift it back into place.
In most cases, no, mudjacking is not possible as a DIY job. Not only do you need specialized equipment to cut into your slab and pump the cementitious material underneath it, but it’s also a challenging process, and the consequences of making mistakes include additional structural damage to your home. It’s possible to rent mudjacking equipment to attempt a DIY repair, but the risk of added property damage usually isn’t worth the money you’ll save on labor, especially if the concrete you’re lifting is a part of your home’s foundation.
