After 3 other Angi people could not fix,David came on time went right to work,and showed me things that were not according to code. The switches were all messed up. All he had to do was take a loik. He knew what was wrong. Davis has a personality, David was worth what I paid him. I talked to family and friends about Dave. It's so hard to find someone today who is reliable,on time,goes right to work. He will be my electrician from this day forward,and to boot,he lives real close. I could not be happier with his work. Dave was great! Top quality work at a fair price. I needed a degraded riser cable that feeds the meter box outside the house replaced. Another company gave me a ridiculous quite which included current code updates that said I needed. My town electrical inspector said that none of those were required for a simple riser cable replacement. I highly recommend Lanzillo Electric!

We thought we had found the right fit for our job, and a contractor that we would be able to use on a regular basis, and refer to our friends. The work proceeded very satisfactorily. We paid by check regularly as the work proceeded. Then, on the last day of the job, Dave asked for his final payment and an additional fifty dollars because he had not yet pulled the permit with the City of Leominster. He promised to get the permit and call us back with the date of the inspection. It has been downhill since then as Dave refuses to answer our messages and the electrical inspector continues to tell us that no permit has been pulled for the work. We cannot advise anyone needing permitted work to use Dave considering the difficulty we have had for months in getting him to pull the permit.

David responded the same day I called. I thought the problem was a breaker. It turned out to be the service line outside the house. David stayed to complete the replacement, despite having worked a job elsewhere all day. I much appreciated his extra effort to restore the power not to mention his concern for the safety issue which needed to be addressed so urgently.

I hired Lanzillo Electric for a ceiling fan installation. David first had to correct a problem with a ceiling junction box where the fan was going to be installed. He opened up the ceiling and installed the correct junction box designed for hanging a ceiling fan. He then assembled the fan and installed the new fan. He set up the remote control, tested everything, and informed us of all the functions and features. He left the work area cleaner than when he started. I will hire Lanzillo Electric again for my next electrical project and based on my experience, recommend him to others.

He came to my home within an hour and provided me a fair estimate for work he was willing to complete within a week.
