Paul Silver was very knowledgeable and very helpful and honest. We didn t need to have the window repaired as he said it was working fine. The home inspector had questioned that the window needed to be repaired but Mr. Silver said it didn t. I definitely would hire him if we needed any other work done.

They were very courteous, very efficient, and very reasonable. They will be installing a new downspout later.

John and Paul were a delight to work with. John arrived quickly and priced my list of projects and completed same day. I asked if he could keep the cost below a certain level and he did. I will call them again and highly recommend them for their quick response, friendliness and professionalism.

Waiting for an estimate. When contacted they responded quickly and professionally. Management of project extremely poor. Workers on site were professional and courteous. After 4 months project was only 2/3 complete. With no end in sight I informed Handyman Heros that I was cancelling the project with them. Will not hire again.

Paul was very responsive, professional and easy to deal with. My handyman was Ben who was right on time, did an excellent job putting up a temporary fence in my back yard, called per my requests and just a pleasant person to work with. Due to high demand for their services, it took a bit longer than desired to schedule the work. However, the job took less time than expected to complete, which was very impressive. Don and Ben, who were sent to complete the work, called the day before, and arrived right on time. They were very professional and considerate, and communicated their assessment and the work they intended to do very well. They were mindful of the budget, and did a great job in completing the work, and even going out of their way with some additional repair to prevent further issues in the future. The materials used and work are of good quality, and complete. I'm very pleased with the service we received, will be engaging them for more work in the future, and would highly recommend the Handyman Heroes. They certainly came to our rescue!

Was very busy so it took longer than usual for them to come out to do the work. It was a very small job replace a light and hang a mirror. Was happy with the result.

These folks were quite easy to work with and glad to share optional ideas they could see when I asked them. They were punctual everyday and patient with my many questions. Always cleaned up and adapted to situations as they arose. They even shared ways to do the work at a lower cost after I had accepted their estimate.

I used them only for carpentry to repair rotten wood on the outside of my house. They were very prompt, efficient and did a wonderful job. I especially appreciated the speed at which they responded to my requests. Their prices seemed reasonable as well.
