The stocker team went above and beyond for us. Our boiler started failing and the team did everything in the power to make sure that we had heat until they were able to come replace it. They even offered to drop off space heaters, just in case! As a first time homeowners we really had no idea what we were doing, but the stocker team was patient and transparent and came out IN A SNOW STORM to make sure we were taken care of. I will forever be grateful to their team and they def have a life long customer now!

The work was performed on-time and within budget. The workmen were professional and personable. I am a hands-on homeowner who likes to know the details of what will be changed...they did not disappoint! The system has performed very well since the installation.

They were very nice and thorough in the boiler tune up. The office staff is very nice and helpful. I won't be using them again, because I converted to gas when I replaced the boiler.

Stocker is a phenomenal company to deal with. Their staff are amazing to deal with. We had a number of issues with our heating system and Mike and team worked non-stop to resolve. They saved us having to purchase a whole new system by fixing and rebuilding our current heating system. Their oil delivery is always on time, they keep track of your usage and delivery when necessary. If I could give them an A+ I would.

They service my oil burner and clean it and do automatic deliveries all year long. The cost is approximately $229 a gallon. I just got off the phone with them for next year. They put in my brand new oil burner four years ago and they did a great job. I couldn't believe how clean, how fast, and what a good job they did. And they took care of it for the next year; I had a couple of issues.

Immaculate ! All old Duct work out, all new Duct work in. 90 yr old Sears Coal/Oil Furnace out, brand new Trane Gas Furnace in. Clean, Crisp work everywhere. Salesman, Dan Gilbert, listened patiently to all my nervous calls, and returned every email in an hour or two - was there through the whole process from start to finish. He even Registered my Furnace with Trane, and filed my Mass Save rebate for me. Arrange the Oil Tank removal too. These guys are Craftsmen. They are also a very nice bunch of polite listeners. They install/service all types of Systems. Starting next year, they be performing the yearly tune-up on my Furnace AND my Mitsubishi split-system HVAC on the same visit. 5 Star. 10 out of 10.

Mariel is the best. Service is unparalleled. We had this company service our oil tank in Reading for 5 years. Moved, and will have them for our service provider in Reading, MA again for years to come. Great service , great people.

AWESOME! I may be off on price a bit, but I think it's right. The install was quick and painless and the gentleman with whom we dealt was punctual, efficient, professional. I highly recommend the service and the provider.

They gave me one price, after they came to do the work it wasn't the price they told me. They over charged me, they didn't finish the job, they weren't on time, they weren't professional. The salesman would say something and laugh every time, seemed that everything was a joke. My burner wasn't fixed like it was supposed to be. They didn't have all of the parts when they came out the first time, when they came out again they charged me for an hour of labor. It took them 12 minutes to do the job. They are unreliable, and unprofessional. It was a very sad experience for me.

The transition took three full days, and the workmen were prompt, knowlegeable and were able to resolve all the issues that you may imagine would come up from systems 20 and 30 years old! We ended up with one high efficiency boiler which has a footprint half as large as the behemoth it replaced. We also have a large closet space where the second boiler was removed and a new large hot water tank that provides the household with abundant hot water. This was a large, scary and expensive project which could have been one of those famous nightmares you read about. But the folks from Stocker Oil worked professionally, neatly and had the experience and skills to make this big job have a very happy ending. I waited several months in order to give a fair appraisal of the stability and efficiency of this new heating system, and I can tell you I remain very happy with the results and would highly recommend the professionals at Stocker. Their sales and office staff are congenial and responsive, which makes dealing with them a very pleasant experience. But more than that, their systems installation people know what they are doing. The system is now 6 months old, has hummed happily through a very cold winter, and there have been no issues nor problems.
