Description of Work: Mr Dunn contacted me immediately when I called, and was responsive to meet at an appointed time to assess a property. I had to cancel due to a quick sell to another buyer, but will be happy to use Dunn Construction again when I am ready.

Description of Work: I have used Dunn Construction on a number of occasions, including the following: Work on my own home Help to flip a house Rehabilitation of my son's house Michael Dunn is polite, responsive and honest in all his professional dealings. I find his prices fair. Most importantly, his work is consistently of the highest quality. He recently told me he likes to stay directly involved in all the jobs he takes on rather than leave the work to a crew, because that way he can be sure of the quality of the work. Jobs that Dunn Construction has done for me have ranged from less than $100 to several thousand. I recommend him without reservation.
