Description of Work: Chris from Titan was great to work with. He went through all our options and even set up a duct cleaning through one of their contractors. All in all, very good.

Description of Work: This started as a simple camera down the main sewer line out to my septic but tuned into replacing about 6 feet worth of pipe (which was not surprising given it was a reason i purchased the camera work deal in the first place). All went well, fairly priced out the additional work and performed it within a week.

Description of Work: Inspected the A/C system. They removed and replaced a blower motor in the A/C unit. Everything went well. The unit is working well.

Description of Work: After an initial service of my A/C system through an Angie's List special offer, as the technician was leaving, we discovered that the fan on the AC system would not shut off, even with the system off. The technician found a relay was not shutting down properly and had to be replaced. We were also told that we needed the coolant recharged. Both would come to about $400. I was told that changing the A/C filter was not included, and that it was an extra charge of about $100. |We OK'd the new relay and the coolant recharge. It took several weeks and a follow up phone call to get the ordered relay and to get the tech back out again. When he arrived, he replaced the relay, but then told us we didn't need the recharge, after all. |Our A/C works fine without the recharge, and the new relay seems to work fine.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's deal, so price was right...Chris came on time and called me before coming .He was very agreable, polite and kind enough to answer all the questions i plagued him with. He did his work quickly and cleanly. He checked the furnace downstairs ??and reassured me about mold which was my concern, then opened the top of the condenser outside, cleaned it with a product and rinsed it with water and checked everything before closing it.

Description of Work: Two servicemen came. Very polite, friendly, on time. The AC worked for a day or so. It then stopped. Since I now was leery of them, I called another service provider in the area, who found that 2 wires in the power box at the condenser had come in contact with each other and had burned out. Due to Titan? Can't tell, could be a coincidence, but I don't feel comfortable using them again. And it cost me a service call and the cost of the wire replacement. | |This is not the first time that I had a less-than-stellar experience with an Angie's List coupon. I won't be using another one.

Description of Work: Bought the deal for sewer line scope and televising. Unfortunately, Titan was unable to do the work within the tight (ridiculously tight) timeline I had. Very responsive over the phone though - they checked their schedules and got back to me very quickly.

Description of Work: Provided central A/C system maintenance per coupon. Arrived on time, was courteous, covered boots when in the house. Informed me that the system in the attic had been incorrectly installed and he couldn't reach the coils to properly clean it - first I heard of it and had to take his word. Did not follow him around so have to assume he did everything listed on the coupon. Noticed recently that the cover on my outside unit is loose and may have to call him back to secure it.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List coupon to have Titan come out to tune up my AC system. They showed up on time and the tech, Chris, was courteous and friendly. The "project" wasn't that big but I what I was impressed with was his honesty. Call me skeptical but I was anticipating a list of "critical" fixes that must be made (it's happened in the past) but he told me everything looked good and was operating normally. He made one recommendation, offered an estimated price and said I could get it done when we were ready. It was very refreshing and impressive. When I need service for my AC system in the future, Titan will be my first call.

Description of Work: cleared clog. inspected sewer pipe and discovered a break. replaced old sink, faucet, washing machine lines. on the higher side pricewise, but professional all the way. company owner contacted me to be sure I was satisfied with job.

Description of Work: They checked my air conditioning unit and found that a part needed to be replaced. They were very accommodating and were willing to let me purchase the part directly from the vendor. I actually decided to purchase it from Titan as the mark-up they were charging was minimal. Have not yet had the part installed - will update my review once they do.

Description of Work: Titan put a camera into my sewer line and burnt a DVD showing the results. They also advised us that we could use the DVD to possibly get our city to pay to fix an obstruction in the line which is outside our property line. The procedure went smoothly, although they had to return and repeat a second day because the DVD burner wasn't working the first time.

Description of Work: Chris arrived on time and spent more time than my past service provider servicing my air conditioner. He identified two areas pats that needed replacing, his was scheduled for the following week.

Description of Work: cleaned furnace. replaced filter.
