Description of Work: The repair person showed up within the 2-hour window and completed a basic cleaning and tune-up of a Lennox gas fireplace. However, the blower fan unit was not operating properly (which I knew going in). The repair person spent quite a while trying to rope me in to a pre-paid long-term service contract with Titan in addition to giving me inflated quotes to repair the blower unit (as I later found out when I used another plumber to make the repair). The Titan repair person took forever to leave.

Description of Work: The worker who provided the service was great. I was afraid that he was going to tell me that this was wrong and that was wrong but he didn't. I purchased a contract with them.

Description of Work: Analyzed my gas stove, but could not find the reason for its non functioning. They made suggestions, but I decided not to go ahead. Because they felt that their analysis was not complete, they did not charge me for their service.

Description of Work: Our central A/C stopped working. We paid more for a same day service. The rep came and started pitching us how old our A/C and heating systems are and that we should replace it. Came the next day to try and convince my husband too. Gave us a quote from $5,000-$20,000. Most annoying is that he didn't even try to fix the issue. He left and I called another provider (Coastal Heating) who charged me much less ($120) for a same day service, came right away, and fixed the issue for an extra of... $7!! And they also changed all my filters. For Titan sake I can say that I called the owner to complain and he refund me the money. That was the worst service call I have ever had. The most annoying was to pay extra for a same day service when he didn't even try to fix the issue and we ended up without an A/C for the most hot 2 days.

Description of Work: The plumber came to clean and tune up the gas fireplace thru a special on Angie's list. The ladies in the office were very professional and answered all my questions prior to the service call. They called a couple of days before to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the plumber called to let me know he was on his way, was very professional and very knowledgable. He gave us a good overview and helpful information about gas fireplaces. We had a very good experience and would use them again in a minute! |

Description of Work: Titan came to clean and inspect my furnace. In doing so found a few things that should be changed due to it being 14 years old. And explained how the exhaust piping was incorrect. Since I was having cooler than expected results with the heat all of this made sense. So I am taking care of business before this next cold winter. |Jared was so professional and efficient. He took the allotted amount of time with no fuss. We decided to upgrade the piping which will be done in a few weeks.. |I also received a "Thank you" note from Jared after the first visit. No one has ever sent a Thank You before...... |I was quite impressed and pleased.

Description of Work: They did nothing. Their description of services was misleading. They were ready to tell me for about $55, that I needed a new toilet. We'll, I knew that. That's why I bought their services...but no work was included. We parted on good terms...and I was supposed to get my money back. I can't remember if I ever did. I know I could use the money. (For a new toilet).
