Description of Work: Jason from Titan did a great job. He cleaned the fireplace and also ordered a part that was needed (gas fireplace would shut off on its own after a few minutes). He then came back to install the part a few weeks later (part and labor were extra). Great job overall...very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Gas fire place cleaned out. Pointed out that chimney has a block in it. |Checked plumbing and recommended that I switch from copper to PVC at a cost of over $3,000. He gave me the impression that the gas fireplace special plus plumbing inspection was a come-on.

Description of Work: Titan Plumbing responded within 24 hours and an appointment was set within 2 weeks to clean a gas fireplace and do a heating/plumbing check in the home. Anthony called to confirm his arrival time on the morning of the appointment, he arrived on time. He was professional and the work was completed thoroughly. He answered all questions that I had. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for all of our plumbing and heating needs.

Description of Work: 2 encounters. The first person was great. The 2nd very unprofessional. Asked personal questions. Told me I needed to call my boyfriend right now to accept the $4,000+ maintenance and repair scheme. though my system was working fine. When I requested a quote in writing he told me to take a picture of it with my phone because he couldn't give me the one he was writing. He said he needed that copy couldn't make me another one. I don't know if he represents the company but I got the impression he been working for them for a while.

After seeing that we received a "D" for punctuality we checked our GPS for that day to see when our technician arrived. This customer's appointment was booked for a 1-3 p.m. appointment arrival and according to our GPS we arrived at 12:35 p.m., a half hour early.
