Description of Work: This cleaning and tune-up was not what I expected having similar services before from other providers. The tech arrived with no tools. He said he cleaned out the gas fireplace, but usually they vacuum inside and replace all the small stones- disassemble, clean, reassemble, test. He was done before I even knew he started. Also expected a heating/cooling system check- he looked at it, offered to change filter for us (we had ready to do). Plumbing inspection was turn on faucets and check underneath for leaks. The guy was very nice, but it was not the service expected, and not worth $99...

Description of Work: Called this service provider to ask about having a gas furnace repaired. I was told "our only availability right now is for emergencies, and there is a $199 fee just for us to come out, and that does not apply to any work that we do." Really? This is the kind of service provider recommended by Angie's List? I have NEVER had any kind of service provider say that they will charge me just for bothering to show up, without applying that fee to work done. What pirates.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job putting in a new sump pump for me and cleaning out a stopped up sink. The slight dip in my quality rating is because they also replaced a toilet paper holder that had fallen off the wall, and soon afterwards, it fell off the wall again. Everything else was great, and I will use them again.

Description of Work: I am a "gold PCAP" member so I am a little prejudiced. I had an Angie's email re: cleaning the gas fireplace and it happened to be Titan. So I signed up for that and also my yearly boiler cleaning. Chris had called to give me an update re: arrival time and he was here on time. We discussed the basement items which he took care of and then the cleaning my fireplace. We also discussed my hot water heater and will be replacing it. (It's 10 years old and 4 years past warrantee so why test fate... |I was again pleasantly surprised by all that was done. Chris was professional, cheerful and informative. I had a good day and am anticipating many more with this company.
