Chris did everything quickly but efficiently. Very clear in the explaining of what he did and the condition of out central AC unit.

They were not self powered. They had to plug into electricity. They couldn’t get to the end of the line where I wanted tested. They didn’t indicate the beforehand that they needed access to an outlet. They weren’t able to complete the job.

Technician was great. He cleaned the unit and found out that there was a serious problem with the fireplace and recommended a solution. We will be fixing the fireplace with Titan Plumbing in the future.

It went really well! He said the unit looked great and didn't need any additional services not covered by the Big Deal. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. The scheduling was really easy too!

I requested a hard copy of the video and had called previously to make sure they offered this service. The worker did not have a DVD with him and stated in would take time to go and get a DVD and there would be a significant extra cost. I decided not to go ahead with the DVD which is really what I needed and wanted.

They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. There were no issues scheduling with them. The work turned out fine.

I contacted a few plumbing/AC companies and Titan was able to schedule an appointment for me at an earliest date. The field supervisor who came to the house, Jared Fraser, was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me not only with the high level review of the options I have to convert the heating system, but also talked to me about the MASSSAVE program and the loan options I might be able to take advanage of. He also helped me fill in the paperwork to get the gas pipe installation work started. Thank you for the help, Jared. I will be back in touch with Jared once we have the gas pipe in the house and hopefully the rest of the work will be just as pleasant as my first interaction experience.

Everything went great. I absolutely love this company, and they have become my new plumbers. They are very nice, prompt and very very professional. I have even referred them to my boss and a couple of friends that have recently become home owners. I will call them before anyone else.

I purchased a "quick response" deal and they called me to schedule an appointment withing 24 hours. They were able to schedule at a time that was mutually convenient. They called 2 days before to confirm the appointment and the serviceman called to let me know he was on his way the morning of the scheduled appointment. No work was needed so I cannot assess the quality of the work but I can say the workman was punctual, friendly, neat & clean. My only issue was that he left some lights on in the basement where one of the units is located, and unfortunately that went without notice for several days. Overall it was a good experience.

We were not satisfied with the service. They could not give us an estimate unless we agreed to have more testing that cost about $300 more. I would not use this company if they were the last ones to choose from. The guy was very condescending to both me and my partner. We also had problems with scheduling as they got tied up on other jobs and also because of the weather. They just tried to sell us additional services the whole time. They deal also said they could give us an estimate, but they said that they would not do that for us without an additional expense which goes against what the deal stated.

Communication was excelled from the start. Technician showed up on time and was professional. He completed the inspection and cleaning quickly. There were two things that needed repair, for which i was quoted aprrox $850. I declined. Had a licensed plumber friend come out and parts and labor was $250.00. Id use Titan for Angies List Deals, but never for repairs. WAY too much mark up and labor cost.

Titan Plumbing and Heating is now our permanent heating/AC servicer. Don't hesitate to cal them! Chris from Titan Plumbing and Heating is great! The back offce makes appointments and sets up prompt callbacks professionally and we never had any trouble connecting with staff. Our AC and furnace are 22 years old and there was the possibility of a small AC coolant leak. Most winters around here, if you don't already have an AC and burner servicer, you will likely not find anyone to work for youunless it is urgent or an emergency. The contractors prefer to schedule only high importance and emergency jobs to the exclusion of routine repairs. In winter, after ten years of no trouble, the pilot on the furnace would rarely stay lit longer than a few days, and often the first thing we did in the morning was trudge downstairs and relight the pilot. After a previous heating season of replacing the thermocouple ourselves -- so often that we had to restock 5 or 6 in advance to be ready when the next one failed-- we tried to find any contractor to help or even answer our callback requests. Most don't call back - and no one wanted to visit to troubleshoot. After hearing our detailed description of the issue, one declared the heat exchanger was cracked and we needed a new furnace. We generally do our own maintenance and repairs on everything around the house, due in large part to never finding any reliable AC/Heating servicers around the Medford area. Titan was honest and upfront about every detail. The gas valve is a pricey replacement part that is not user serviceable... Chris replaced it with the right part, fully tested it for function and safety, and charged a reasonable rate for the part and labor.

They could not get through the pipe because there were roots in the pipe. The cost to clean out the pipe from them was too expensive. The plumber was a nice and good guy. The scheduling was very good an efficient.

They checked coolant levels and verified that the cooling unit was in good working condition.

Everything was fine. They got the job done in about one hour. They sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling has been very good.

It went very well. I am following through on some of his recommendations and would not hesitate to call on him again. I highly recommend Titan Plumbing and Heating.

I purchased a $ 99 coupon from Angie's list for $ 200 worth of plumbing work. I had several repairs to be done and expected the job to be done when the technician showed up but that was not the case. He spend an hour going over the services offered by the company, and looking at the various repairs and calling the office to get estimates. He was very thorough and nice but just getting the estimate took a long time and I was disappointed that some of the repairs would not be done that day. In any case the repairs (fixing leaky faucets, drain repair,..) seemed way too expensive even with the coupon discount. I ended up ordering a new faucet on line and getting another plumber to come and replace it. I never used the coupon.

Jared was very good to work with throughout the project.

Jason was caught in some traffic on the way over and called to let me know. I appreciated that. He still arrived within the time frame that was quoted to me. He was very professional. He first scoped out the situation before bringing all his equipment into the house so that he could be certain that it was possible to do the job requested. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgable.

I was very happy with the service provided by Titan plumbing & heating. I set the appt up online by submitting three dates that worked with my schedule. They were able to accomodate me on the first date that I selected. The woman that did the follow up and scheduling was very nice and professional. I received emails & phone calls to confirm the date & time. On the day of the appt the service person called approximately 1/2 hr before my appt time to confirm when he would be arriving. He was very professional and curteous. He even wore shoe covers so as not to dirty my floors. He told me everything that he would be doing and the amount of time it should take him. He was finished in the allotted time frame and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would definitely use this company in the future.

It went well. We needed to buy a second deal because we have two units. But it was good. They were supposed to come today, but they didn't come and I don't know if there was a scheduling mistake or what happened. I haven't received a call, but I haven't gotten time to look into that. The first time, he was great. I think it was Chris. He was thorough, made suggestions. Very professional. We haven't used the Air Conditioner yet, so I don't know if there will be a problem. The woman who did the scheduling was super responsive.

Came on time and performed check of the unit as described in the coupon. Very professional and very capable.
