They were very responsive and we set up a time within a day of purchasing the deal. They called a day ahead of the appointment to remind me, and then the technician called when he was on the way. The technician was extremely friendly, wore booties to keep from tracking in wet dirt and leaves, and did his job efficiently. Our gas log fireplace is not a sealed unit and so there wasn't much to check, but it was still important to me since we just bought this house and we wanted to be sure it was safe before we started using it. The service took less than 30 minutes. Overall I was pleased with the service and I will use them again in the future (maybe to upgrade the gas insert to a closed system that will do a better job of heating the room).

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He let us know that the piping for one of our furnaces had been done incorrectly and it made sense because instead of saving money we are paying more for heating since we installed it. I highly recommend Chris for his services.

They came out and gave me an estimate on a total toilet install. The estimate was a little too expensive for me so I didn't have him do the work.

Chris got the background on the furnaces from me, did the work, gave me the status report.

Chris C. called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite and courteous to the point of asking if I preferred him to use the back entrance. The furnace was cleaned, inspected and replaced all of the panels back onto the furnace. When he used the vacumn, I was a little surprised as this hasn't been done since Keyspan serviced the furnace. They always did it. No one else has even though I have it serviced every year. I felt reassured that Chris knew what he was doing. I told Chris that I might be interested in a service contract. He explained the different levels of service and left me with a pamphlet to look over. He said to call if I had any questions. I am delighted with Titan Plumbing and Heating starting with my first contact with Amy who was also great. I will use them again and ask for Chris C.

Communication prior to the appointment was easy and quick. Arrived on time. Knowledgeable and experienced. Overall, excellent experience!

I purchased this Big Deal because we had a crack in our cast iron waste line farther up the stack and feared additional cracks in the sewer line. Jared arrived on time and quickly setup his equipment. He talked me through everything he saw with camera as he progressed through the line. Fortunately, he did not find any issues in the sewer line. He offered purchase of a DVD recording of the camera, which I declined.

Anthony explained everything and was very thorough. Great job and will use them again.

Fabulous experience. Technician, Anthony Leggeri, was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He took the time to show me how dirty gas boilers can get over time and explained how that can impact efficiency. He completely took the boiler apart and showed me the process for cleaning the boiler tubes. All I can say is that Titan is now my new Plumbing and Heating contractor. I'll be needing a gas water heater replacement soon and Titan is the first contractor I'll call. I've already recommended Titan to neighbors and associates at work. Terrific to do business with.

The technician arrived within the scheduled window and called while in transit to provide a more detailed arrival estimate. He was courteous and professional throughout the service. He was very thorough in his cleaning and inspection, and was willing to inform and educate me as a homeowner about our equipment and its proper maintenance and operation.

They seemed to be very professional and they had very good communication skills.

The removal and installation of the new unit took two days. The installation crew arrived on time both days and worked all day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice and informative. They had an electrician in to hook up the unit. Everyone worked constantly and it was HOT in the attic, I felt bad for them. But they got the unit in and working. After a few hours I didn't think the system was working all that great. The next day when Jared came by to see how things were, I told him the installation went great but I wasn't happy with the performance. Despite just being there for a quick visit, he hopped up into the attic and diagnosed the problem. The blower wasn't high enough and he fixed it and gave me more information on how high efficient units work. With the blower fixed and knowing that HE units take a while to cool and dehumidify the house, the unit was great. We had it on an electronic thermostat all summer long and were cool all summer. Our heating bill was less then half of what it was last year, so that was great! Overall I highly recommend Titan plumbing for Central Air installation / maintenance.

Tony was very professional and courteous. Performed maintenance and was very informative.

When the worker arrived, my AC unit was working. Turns out it was because a snake had crawled in the unit and fried itself. He brought me out, showed me what happened and how to 'reset' it in the future, finished the tune up and was done within 30-45 minutes. Extremely nice, courteous and professional.

The Titan worker was on time and allowed me to view the scoping process from start to finish. The scope uncovered several problems, and he also warned me that there might well be problems inside the house, from the sewer box (it's an old house) back to the stack. He gave me a very rough verbal estimate. I made it clear from the beginning that we had a prior relationship with a plumber and the only reason I was using them was because of the Angie's List deal, and he was fine with that. I was very pleased with Titan, and if we did not have the aforementioned previous relationship, I would have gone with them for our work.

We purchased an Angies List special for 49 dollars to televise our sewer drain. We made an appointment with Titan through the message board on Angies List. Anthony showed up on time and quickly set-up his equipment. I stood next to him watching the computer screen as he explained what we were looking at. After a few minutes, the cord ran into an accumulation of water and the camera could not go any further. I was disappointed that we could not determine exactly what the issue was....whether the pipe was misaligned, broken or pitched the wrong way. We estimated the water log at 18ft but Anthony could not confirm it. He said that more than likely we had to replace the sewer line all the way to the street and also recommended changing all the cast iron pipes in the basement to PVC. We requested a quote with all our options. Anthony said that it would take a few days since they needed to contact the city of Newton and a subcontractor for the excavation of the front lawn. Three days later, Anthony came back with estimates on various scenarios...from replacing 25ft of sewer line (5 year warranty) for 28K to patching up a section of the pipe (no warranty) for 10K. We did not receive video copy of the televised sewer line nor were they willing to leave a written copy of all the options. We decided to get a second opinion.

Inspected gas fireplace, performed cleaning, instructed us as to how the unit operates.

Amazing customer service, appt scheduling , as a Mom of 2 children and everything always being hectic it was a pleasure to get the work I needed done fast and right :)

Jarred came within the scheduled time, cleaned the fireplace, provided helpful hints and he also offered free inspection of my water heater and heating system.

Chris was very nice and on time. Took the cover of the AC unit in the attic and sprayed the coil with disinfectant. Was hoping to see him check out the unit other than just looking at it visually and saying it looks fine. Did not get a new filter as stated with the service. When he went outside to check the compressor it would not go on and said it was not getting any power from the house. Chris came back the following week to check the outside compressor. He asked what happened and how did it get running again? He thought I would have to call an electrician to check the house power to the outside unit. I told him that the next day after he left that I just turned on the the theromstat as anyone would do to start there central air system and it went on. That is the olny time the outside unit has not gone on when he was here. Has worked fine all the time for the two years we have been in the house and is currently still running today. When he did come back that following week he hooked up his guages to check the pressure of the system and said it looked ok and was on his way. I thought there would be much more involved in a AC tune up other than checking the pressure of the system and than a visual inspection. Still to this day can not find out why the AC unit outside would not turn on and work correctly. Seems to be fine now. Guess I will have to wait and see what happens in the future.
