Everything works great and went well. Phil on both occasions was actually a little early, but made sure to call in advance of showing up. He went right to work and explained everything that he was doing. The parts needed to be replaced and I also purchased the gold customer purchase plan, which gave me a discount on the services. It also has me as a "preferred customer" in case something happens with any plumbing and/or heating they will give me priority, which I loved since my house is older and the furnace is as well.

Chris was very helpful by answering my questions regarding my heating system and explaining things thoroughly. He did great job with the cleaning/inspection and we reviewed the results by looking at the burners and their color. Through testing the system we realized the circulator pump was not functioning correctly and leaking on occasion. The are coming back in a few days for the pump install. I also purchased their gold PCAP professional service and warranty plan.

Everything went great, due to the project advisor we worked with...Chris Clune. From day one, the day of the estimate, My husband and I knew we wanted to work with Chris and therefor Titan Plumbing & Heating. Chris explained everything that needed to be addressed as well as giving us multiple solutions with varying price points. Chris and his associate completed the entire project today. He also followed up with us tonight to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything, which of course we are...VERY SATISFIED!!!

The technician said their equipment would not be able to go through the clean out since it is located too high.

They were very good. They came out when they said they would. They were very courteous. They came out here and determined they could not do this. We agreed there would be no further charges.

It went fine. They made several recommendations of what I should do next for the fireplace.

Scheduling was easy. We just called and booked a date. We had to change the date a couple of times but that was not a problem since someone always answers the phone. Chris showed up promptly on time on the day of repair. He was very considerate and wore shoe cover booties to keep our carpet clean. He was courteous, pleasant and thoroughly professional. He removed the glass and logs in the fireplace. He cleaned the burner. He cleaned and tested the ignition system. He cleaned the glass and logs. He tested gas valve and measured gas pressure. He tested and inspected the fan system. He correctly diagnosed that the reason the fireplace wasn't working was simply because the gas valve was turned off! He found the valve on the outside of the house, turned it on and lit the pilot light. He thoroughly tested everything to make sure they are working, even changing the batteries of the remote started. Through it all, he gave us very helpful suggestions on how to maintain our fireplace. He answered our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. He didn't even charge us extra for diagnosing and turning on the gas. Overall, great experience with Chris. Definitely would use him again.

Anthony, a 23 year certified plumber, was our technician for this visit. He was EXCELLENT. Very professional Very thoughtful Very Informative. Very Personable. The reviewer writing this can be quite critical so I hope that you appreciate how impressed we were with this young man. He cleaned our 20 year old gas stove - it had had no maintenance cleaning for these years. In spite of our ignorane regarding maintenance, he did not shame us in any way. :) He let us know that it was overall in good shape. The reason why we called for service was that the there was a problem with the venting after a major renovation in this room. He hypothesized that the contractor failed to seal the vents when they place it back on the new hearth, showing us that there was literally no sealant. Anthony figured the issue and gave us two options for attempting to fix. Just the sealant alone or this and a new vent pipe through the roof since he couldn't seal the existing pipe well at the seams. He did forewarn us that it was also possible that there would be a crack in the actual stove which would make it essentially unsolvable. We chose just sealing the vent pipe to the stove between two-three different pieces of metal. He didn't have a sufficient amount and so he needed to go to the hardware to purchase more. His efforts solved the problem. We know longer have a soot smell and watery eyes. I will reiterate that Anthony was marvelous. A bright young man - way beyond his years. Thanks for sending him. We will definitely ask for him specifically again.

Scheduled service with Titan. Day of was a no show. Called at the tall end of their service window to say world not make it. Wheb asked about rescheduling, they said it would be over a week out. Looking for a refund.

Making the appointment was fast and friendly Technician was at my home on time and even made a pre-call to verify his arrival. Detected the issue right away (operator error) and was on his way in a matter of minutes.

Titan did a great job. The fireplace had not been inspected, or cleaned, in a couple of years. It looks like new.

I got an appointment for two weeks out but they also put me on their cancellation list. I got a call the next morning that they had a cancellation and they would come out if that worked for us. Within an hour we had a repairman at the house. They even called us when the repairman was on his way. Great, so far. After running some diagnostics the repairman indicated that the draft inducer motor needed to be replaced. He presented a number options, starting with a $900+ option to replace the inducer motor only followed by options for replacing the whole furnace for $4k or 'rejuvenating' it for $6k. He said that the reason for the high cost of repair is that the furnace is very old (16 years) and parts are really hard to get. I told him that given the high cost, I would need to get a second quote before committing to any repair. It turns out that the draft inducer was fully functional but the nipple on the fan housing was clogged. It took less than half hour for diagnosing the real issue and repair it. I also looked into what it would cost to replace the inducer motor. The 'very old' motor is readily available on amazon.com and at various other online stores for $140 and it takes less than half hour to replace. These people are either completely incompetent or extremely unscrupulous. They are trying to overcharge unsuspecting homeowners for unneeded repairs. I'm sure if I did not look into this more, they would have replaced the draft inducer, charged me $900+ and I would have been under the impression that they did a great job and there was no other option. After all, who in their right mind would turn down an offer at any price to repair a broken furnace right when overnight temperatures are dropping to freezing and it takes 2+ weeks to have someone else come out to even look at what the issue is. Well, I did and I now have $900+ in my bak account that I can use towards a repair of my furnace when it is actually needed.

I was very disappointed with my visit by Titan Plumbing and Heating. It was supposed to be an inspection and clean of my natural gas furnace. The Titan Service Technician came in, opened up the furnace and said it was in really bad shape. He told me it was too risky to take it apart for cleaning. The furnace box and burners needed to be replaced because they were too corroded with rust. He called someone about replacement parts, then told me parts for this 16 year old York furnace are obsolete and could not be obtained so I will have to replace the entire unit. He wrote up some quotes for a brand new furnace and then left without ever cleaning anything. After the visit I did some research and found out that parts are available so he lied about that. I also had other HVAC professionals look at the unit and they said it wasn't bad and did not need to be replaced. So Titan did not do the work I paid for and then tried to con me into overpaying for a new furnace that I don't need.

Anthony was on time and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He is returning to do more work for us.

He was scheduled to be here at 8 am, at 7:45 he called to let me know his name and that he was en route and when to expect him. He was polite and friendly. He wore little covers over his boots so as not to drag dirt in the house and cleaned up after himself. He performed the service on the two fireplaces efficiently - and no extra work was necessary. The yearly maintenance was quick and painless and with the Angie's Big Deal - really made it simple and cost effective to get the season started right!

Went well. I was informed of at all stages what was done and how it was going to be done. Was highly professional and timely which is important to me. they worked from around 8:30 -3 and when everything was done they cleaned up the place entire and left it clean. As someone who values professionalism and punctuality and time along with quality, I will state that I would not hesitate to use them again.

He was friendly. He cleaned up after himself. He looked like a professional. He came as scheduled. I also signed up for their Gold Plan, so I will follow up with how that goes.

Fireplace came out great. Left details on components as well. I had the house on a lockbox, so it was easy to get the technician in. They called and confirmed. Overall smooth process.

It went very well. Chris, our technician, was prompt, courteous and thorough, despite our having a pre-purchased coupon/deal. Many times in the past we've found companies to be a little rushed and wanting to get in and out when there's a discounted deal. Chris took his time, discussed his analysis with us after the service and provided follow up on appropriate filters for our systems.

The technician was very professional. He arrived at the scheduled time and informed me of what work he was performing as he proceeded and kept me informed of what he found how he would address the issue. I was also told that if the fireplace still was not working to expectations I was to contact them and they would come back.

Everything went well but I had to get a refund on the service because I have an oil furnace. While he was here though, he was able to inspect my plumbing which was nice.
