+ -1 moreMy well system died and the controller was showing a motor fault. Ogden came it on sunday which was great to fix the system. The controller was showing a motor fault, but they instead replaced the controller first instead of pulling the pump motor out from the ground and just fixing it. When the new controller was showing same fault, they finally took the motor out of the ground and replaced it like the original fault is showing. While pulling the motor they broke about 3 x 20 foot PVC pipe but since they did not have one handy, they could not replaced it. I was nervous but they said it was okay as my well is way deep in the ground about 800 ft. The whole work end up costing me more than I estimated due to fact Ogden replaced the controller and a tank which was not broken. I really like them and wanted to stick with them for future WELL problem. But, I just feel like I got ripped off. If I do used them again, I will definitely tell them to what to fix first as I now I have a little bit knowledge about well system.

Description of Work: We had to drill a well for a whole house water supply. As we were without water Tom Ogden put us first in the list. We ended up drilling a 515 foot well with a 6 inch pipe. We now have a nice supply of water for the house.
