Description of Work: Contractor did work in the neighborhood. I called him, spent about an hour with him on-site walking through the work to be done, he said he'd get a quote right to me....he never sent it. I followed up at least 3 times, asked if he was busy and intends to give me a quote or just didn't want the work...no reply. Very unprofessional.
