Failed to tell me my plumbing system (which is clearly visible) was PB. Guess they forgot about the over 1 billion dollars in lawsuits these materials have cause. Thanks for the 25k bill I’m going to have to pay to re-pipe my house.

John was wonderful!! He pointed out everything we needed to know about this house in detail as he was performing the inspection. He was so easy going, friendly and knew what he was doing. We all felt so comfortable knowing that what he found and ultimately provided in his report was as thorough an inspection you could ask for. John is the type of guy you meet and instantaneously feel like you've known him for years. He comes very highly recommended. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any future purchase. Went great!! John Ward and his assistant (with tablet taking notes in hand) showed up EARLY actually and had already started their evaluation of the home. This was the first home inspection we had ever done. They started with the outside and finished up in the attic of the place about 3 hours later. It was extremely thorough and very, very helpful and done with a great sense of humor, to boot. Could not have further exceeded the expectations or needs we had set out and spent the time to discuss and answer questions. Highly recommended.

John was great. He went through everything in detail, took his time, explained everything to us and the significance of each issue, and answered all his questions. He gave us a verbal description of issues as he went through each room, provided a recap of he significant issues at the end and gave us a full written report first thing in the morning. Our realtor was also very impressed with his thoroughness. Due to his diligent inspection, he uncovered some very serious issues which would have cost us thousands of dollars had we purchased the house without knowing. As we did not purchase that house because of the issues found in his inspection, we will definitely hire him again for the next house we consider purchasing.

John was thorough, took his time and pointed out several possible hidden problems. I received the complete report in a very timely manner. I subsequently recommended Homestead to my daughter who has recently purchased a home in Arlington and she, too, was very satisfied with his service.

John is a really nice guy, easy to work with. He came out on a Sunday morning to view our property. He was very thorough and patient with our questions. He carefully explained everything he was looking at and what he was seeing and didn't rush through the job. I really appreciated that he was not 'alarmist' as some home inspectors can be. He produced a complete written report by first thing the next morning. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have their home inspected.

John came highly recommended from my Real Estate Agent and he lived up to the lofty expectations. John was extremely thorough, took his time, and even crawled into the smallest attic crevices to find any possible defects. This is my first house but 2nd time working with John as he previously did the inspection on my townhome. I would highly recommend John and use him again if i ever move in the future.
