We had a terrific experience with Kevin McKenna and are looking forward to having him help us replace more windows in the future. From our very first meeting with Kevin, we felt extremely comfortable and at ease with him. He is a very knowledgeable and professional contractor whose sales experience is unlike any of the other contractors we met with. Every other contractor was a high pressure sell offering extra discounts if we bought from them that night. Kevin gave us a very low pressure presentation in our first meeting and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He gave us a very reasonable quote and left us to make the decision at our leisure and contact him if we were interested in moving forward. Installation was a breeze as Kevin was able to install the windows within a couple hours. He came back a second time to finish all of the trim once we had stained it and was very patient with us as we figured out which shade of stain we wanted to go with. Kevin left our house spotless each time after he completed his work and we couldn't be happier with our new windows. We highly recommend Heritage Siding and Windows and have already referred Kevin to family and friends.

Kevin is great, we contacted him because all of our neighbors had used him with great reviews and he did a great job. Did what he said he was going to do, when he said it would be done and is meticulous of the finish work. We will definitely be using him again.

This was a completely positive experience. Pre-sales, Kevin explained the features of the different windows he had available, described the installation process, and exerted no sales pressure. This, plus recommendations from good friends, plus an quoted installed price, including the aluminum cladding, for Harvey Tribute Windows that was about $100 less per window than other vendors we talked to, made the purchase decision an easy one. His installation work validated that purchase decision to the nth degree. He personally installed all eight windows in 5 1/2 hours. we wouldn't have believed that was possible. He also left both the interior and exterior of the house spotless - you wouldn't have known he had even been there. The windows look great and work great, and we can already sense the savings we're going to get on heating and cooling expenses. He came back later to install the aluminum cladding, and what a difference that made over our old, peeling, dried out exterior wood trim. The house looks totally updated and transformed. We couldn't be happier with the entire process, and highly recommend Kevin McKenna and Heritage Siding and Windows.

He was very truthful and didn't try to tell me things that weren't true about the products or the installation to try to get the job. He gave us a very competitive price.
