Winterize irrigation. Timely and well done

Everything was great from scheduling the appointment to performing the services.

After Grasshopper Irrigation turned on our watering system earlier this year, we had some sod laid and I noticed that it appeared that some jet6s were not covering needed areas on our lawn. I scheduled a visit to fix the problems. The customer rep (David) spent time with me watching how each watering jet was working and he identified several issues and then fixed them all. David was very knowledgeable and we ran tests of all jets when he finished his work. Very pleased with his servicing our watering system.

Grasshopper Irrigation did an excellent job on fixing a wiring issue that occured when we had a chipmunk get tangled up in some of the wiring in our irrigation system. The tech was very knowledgable and profession. He was able to fix a broken valve stem and get the system back up and running quickly. I have also used them for winterization services on the system for the past few years and they do great work at a very reasonable price.

the crew was very polite and knowledgeable , half a day in and out and cleaned up the yard when they were done , very happy with the job.

They were very responsive to my call regarding a leak in my sprinkler system. They sent a tech out the very next day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He located the leak immediately near the valve box where the sprinkler is hooked to the water output. He then checked a 2nd valve box, disassembled one of the valves, flushed it and reassembled it. He checked that everything was working properly and there were no more leaks.

The tech, Chris, was excellent and was SUPER helpful. We haven't ran our system in over 7 years so I was expecting this to be super expensive. He was able to get everything up and running (including a new wifi control panel) in under 2 hours. He replaced 7 heads, input the new control panel, and had to fix a cut wire in the backyard zone. He also didn't do any unnecessary work which saved us money! I would highly recommend Grasshopper Irrigation to anyone needing service.

Communication was very excellent. They are very good with time and I love that when you call the office and somebody answer. Irrigation looks so well and they build an automatic system.

I received an email saying that the work was to be done in the early Saturday afternoon. Jake and his partner (sorry, forget your name) knocked on my door at 9:30 AM. Luckily, even though I was upstairs working I heard them. They blew out the two zones of my system for three minutes each, and since their was still water in the lines repeated the process, as I asked. So their work was great and they were responsive to my requests. They seemed equally unhappy with the way scheduling works for them They are just given an ordered list and follow it. If you are going to show up four hours early, a phone call asking if it is ok to come at that time is in order.

The Grasshopper Irrigation team did well. A couple of delays in starting the project due to weather but the install was done professionally and in a single day. Unfortunately, there was some damage to an underground electrical line that we discovered later, but overall the project was delivered on time and to the amount estimated.

The technician came into my house without wearing mask and stepped in with wet shoes on. (I asked him to come in to help shut down water) Then after I shut down water the sprinkler suddenly shoot water out when he performed his job I had to shut down water for entire house to stop that. I asked him if there was an issue, he was not giving any explanation and impatient, the only words he said was it is all set. I am concerned about the service and not sure if it was done correctly.

They showed up on time and began to work immediately. They explained what would be done and even took my suggestions about the placement of sprinkler heads seriously. Very respectful of property. Cleaned up and reviewed what they did before they left. Just a very professional company and work crew. Will continue to have them service my system in the future.

Very timely response. If they said they were showing up, they did. Work was completed and great care was taken to keep the yard clean. They had to stop for torrential rain and reschedule for another day, then the foreman came back and put in 4 hours because the rain stopped. The team hustled... Very impressed and will definitely recommend them to anyone asking.

All of the technicians that have been to my house for both closing and opening of the system are all great. They are very thorough with checking every aspect of the system. I needed 6 heads replaced while others needed to be adjusted. I was referred to Grasshopper by a coworker whom had a complete system put and I can't be any happier for using them. I had the Rainbird Wi-Fi controller along with the rain sensor installed 2 years ago. Great worry free investment that I have made by far

This people are rude and big scammer beware of them, don’t hire them , I repeat if you like to lose your money and sleep on bad work then surely get them , they will charge you all wrong stuff and and then wait for while by not sending you invoice and then send it to collections so you are stuck, they are cheater soon they will be shut down , be careful they have created multiple website so they can scam you
