+ -1 moreGreat experience from beginning to end. Unlike other contractors, Archie answered the phone in person and came out right away for an estimate. He was straightforward and honest. I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell." He provided us with a few catalogs to help us decide pattern and color. Once this is settled, he came out and took measurements. We discussed finishing options, and we chose galvanized iron, which is more expensive but lasts longer. He then went off and made the rails (which took 3-4 weeks). It took another month for a sub contractor to galvanize it. He just installed it this morning and it looks great. The design, specs and color are exactly what we chose. He was also very accessible. We called him about 5 times in between and he always answered the phone.
