Gerard Kiely Painting Company

Ger is the most punctual person I've encountered in a while. He came to our house on a Saturday to give a quote, and mailed us the quote that week. He was on time, arriving at 6:59am when he said he would be there at 7am; he was professional, and had no issue with our 25 lb dog who spent some time barking at him in our home; and he was the cleanest painter I've ever seen: Everything was draped in plastic, and at the end of each day there was one tidy spot where he kept a few things. The ceilings look great! I would highly recommend Ger in the future, and will definitely use him again for our painting needs.

Once again, we hired Gerard Kiely Painting Company to do some painting for us. As always, we were very pleased with his work. He was always on time, cleaned up after every day, and did a wonderful job! We had Gerard paint our kitchen, main entry door, and breezeway. He also cleaned some very high windows that we couldn't reach. He did 2 coats on the walls and 1 coat on the trim. Perfect job and no touch ups needed! We highly recommend him for all painting work!!

Everything went great. He got to our house early in the morning and did a great job. Gerard is wonderful to do business with. I enjoyed having him work on our home and look forward to giving future projects to him.

We received other quotes that were roughly the same price as Gerard, but he was very kind and walked through the entire project with us. He provided his professional opinion on the type of stain, etc. for the job and we were very satisfied with his recommendations. We asked him for references, which he gladly provided, all of which were excellent. Due to the weather the last few weeks, the project took a little longer than expected, but there is nothing you can do about rain. Gerard came out every day he could including Sunday's to get the job done. The deck used to be a dark red color and it didn't match the house, so we changed it to a tan color. Other painters that gave us quotes said that we should use paint on the deck. Gerard was the only one to recommend solid color stain (which was originally on the deck). The deck looks amazing. We have a very large yard with a 6 foot high cedar fence surrounding it. He did an outstanding job on the fence and our small shed as well. He used drop clothes everywhere he painted and protected our many shrubs along the fence and deck, which was highly appreciated. He didn't leave any messes behind and we could tell that he was very proud of his work! He did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend him for any type of painting job you need done around the house.
