+ 0 moreNothing but a headache- This guy took it upon himself to do other work, and not contact me and ask for approval. I was never notified of a price and called the next day to be told my snow blower is ready and the cost is 430 dollars. Only 70 dollars was agreed upon for pick up and drop off services. This guy was nothing but condescending and disrespectful. I would not accept his prices, or to pay for what I did not ask for. He tried to tell me certain parts were only available in China, which is not troy- The part is available online at amazon for 7.99. I would highly recommend looking else where. If not good luck with this scum bag!

+ -1 moreI called and left a message. He called back that night. I brought it in that weekend. 2 weeks later, he called and it was done. I picked it up and he explained what he had done and gave me all the old parts that he replaced. Excellent experience.
Description of Work: I was given an old snowblower and it had a lot of issues. I asked him to go through the machine and make it dependable.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. This is a pretty cool-looking shop on the side of the road in Dracut. The owner was thorough with his examination of my mower. And took it from not being able to start to starting on the first pull. And he cleaned up the mower, helped me fold it up, and assisted me in lifting it into my trunk. A+
Description of Work: Complete push mower tune-up.
