Curtis Dale fixed an issue with my hot water heater exhaust fast and economically. Excellent communicator. While he was here for a quick fix I asked him to quote me an estimate for an entire boiler system, he ended up being a very fair price and recommended an excellent product, and we eventually hired him for that job too.

Vast technical knowledge, skill, and excellent customer service are a rare combination in the trades. You'll find that combination with Curtis. I needed a plumber to help with a 2 new bathroom addition project. The plumbing was the most critical part of the project, dictating the location and layout of the bathrooms. I interviewed a large number of plumbers. Some had a rough idea of what they would do, others said they would "figure it out on the job", and Curtis sent me detailed drawings and diagrams. That gave me peace of mind from the beginning of the project and allowed me to layout the bathrooms in the most efficient design. I chose Curtis because he was able to thoroughly explain what needed to be done, he offered me the right price for the project, and I could tell he would be easy to work with. I couldn't have been more satisfied. He installed new plumbing to the 2nd floor and a tub with shower head, toilet, and vanity in each bathroom. He also installed plumbing and a washer hookup in a new location and an ice line for the ice maker in the freezer. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and offered sage advice throughout the project. He was always easy to reach by text or call. And when I needed a pipe moved or fixture changed, Curtis would stop by the same day or the following day. You can't ask for a more dedicated plumber than that. I hope to have him on every job from now on.

Dale has helped me out on several occasions. He committed to fixing a boiler by a specific time in the winter and arrived after dark in cold night and got heat going! He kept in touch the whole time before. He has an app that says when he us in his way. All appointments are confirmed thru app. He has done some tricky plumbing successfully. Highly recommend based on availability, communication, price and quality of work!

Very happy with the service and with Mr Dale. He repaired and replaced pipes, shutoffs, and connected the gas to my dryer. He explained what was needed and was reasonable with his pricing. He has been to my house on three occasions and I would call him next time I need a plumber.

Curtis came last minute to fix a problem I had; I thought it was my garbage disposal, but it turned out to be a big clog in my pipes. He kept at it until it was cleared, saving me having to call a roto rooter type business. He's very professional and friendly.

Hired Curtis to remove and dispose of a 70-year old very heavy double concrete sink as part of a basement laundry reconfiguration. Did fantastic clean of removing the sink, old water lines and drain. Then installed new laundry sink, new faucet, new copper water lines, new water shutoff for the washer, and a new stand pipe drain line for the washer. Curtis also assured me in this age of Coronavirus they practice safety protocols...which they did with masks and gloves for the entire project. Looking forward to the next time I can avail myself of his services!
