Description of Work: Jon replaced our front steps railing. It was expensive, but comparable to others that galvanize the railings. Galvanizing will prevent rust long-term. He added other details, such as feet at the base, that others did not offer for the price. Very professional and dependable.

+ 0 moreJon from Custom Iron Craft built a custom hand rail for the walkway leading from our sidewalk to front door, which includes a number of stone steps. We have an older home and wanted an understated but substantial railing that would not require upkeep. We were able to see samples of Jon's work at nearby Phillips Academy and in front of Andover's Old Town Hall and were impressed with the quality. Jon offered some good design suggestions and delivered exactly what we wanted. He was great about communicating with us regarding delivery times (there were some slight delays which were not an issue for us but it was nice to know that he was keeping track of the project while juggling other work). The installation went without a hitch. We are very pleased with the railing and would recommend Jon highly.
