Description of Work: They came to provide and estimate in a timely fashion mid-August. They said it would be about a month and they would call on the Saturday prior to the week the work would get done. I followed up exactly one month later to see when I could expect them to do the job, as I have a roofer waiting for the trees to be taken care of before he could start. I was told I should look for another tree contractor as they don't normally service my area. | |Why didn't they tell me that from the start? I am now over a month behind. | |If you call them, be sure you live either in town or a town in the border, or they will just leave you hanging. | |Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Took down an Ash tree about 13 feet around on the intersection of 4 pieces of proberty. Used a crane and a logging truck. His Ins Co sent me copy of his coverage. The yard was left in excellent condition. Raked and picked up everything. Did use him later to remove 5 other although smaller trees. Would use him again in a heart beat if I needed his services.

Description of Work: Chuck came & took down 5 80 foot trees in our front yard. They we're prompt, tidy, professional & gone in three hours.

Description of Work: We had 5 trees cut down. Four were in an island in our front yard and one was in the side yard. A whole crew came in and a little over an hour all the trees were gone! One guy climbed up the tree and put a strap attached to a giant crane at the base of the crown ( the trees were taller than the house and leaning toward it). Then he climbed down and used a chainsaw at the base. As soon as he cut through the crane would lift the tree up and away. Another guy with a chainsaw went to work on the cut tree and then fed it into a wood chipper. The crew was professional and extremely quick! They also recommended Jon- Chuck's dad to remove the stumps. Only $175 for all 5 stumps ground down.

Description of Work: I had 2 huge pine trees and several maples cleared from my yard. my neighbor also had a bunch of pines cleared. Chuck led his team directly (not outsourced) and did a great job in clearing and cleaning. there was very little room between houses and a crane was needed for parts of it. I highly recommend. I gave them a B on punctuality as I didn't hear directly from him and he came sooner than planned. this was due to him having crane at next door neighbors house. the impact really was more for Chuck as he had to wait for payment - both sides had a trust relationship.

Description of Work: Removed 2 very large oaks, one large maple, and 3 birches. All were near the house. He removed all the lumber and cleaned up everything.
