Boston Leak Techs

I’ve had my in-ground pool for over 35 years. I try to do as much as I can myself, but in-ground leaks are beyond my skills. Anyway, Amy at Northeast Pool Supply(great company !) recommended John for what I suspected was an in-ground leak. John came by, and it turned out it was a simple fix. I could quickly tell though that John knows his stuff. And as a bonus, a very nice guy to deal with. No question he’s my go to guy with these types of issues in the future.

Found the leak in my pool

They did the job perfectly! They are very busy but came as a favor to a relative. I was left hanging by an incompetent Kelsey Pools that pretended to fix twice. Just hire the right person in the first place and save yourself a lot of trouble. Thank You to Boston Leak Techs and a job well done!

Great they found leaking pipe right away and also checked my liner for leaks which we had none. They replaced that section of pipe under cement around the pool and filled it in very satisfactory.

He was great. He gave really helpful tips about pools and maintaining it.

They showed up on time and immediately started to search for the leak in my pool. They use an electronic device to detect the leak. They could not find the leak so they inspected the hose lines that were buried inside some pvc pipe and located the leak in one of the hoses. They just charged me a service call fee which in this day and age was very reasonable. John also has a beautiful and very friendly german shepard dog who helps him on every job.

We had a difficult to locate leak in our pool liner. The service was efficient, affordable and well executed. Can't ask for more than that!

He is so busy (probably because of the great service) that he was tough to get hold of, but once I talked to him, we made the appointment, he was prompt, the servoce was phenomenal and the price was right. He was able to find at least 6 holes in my liner and patched them all. My pool has not lost any water for the first time in years. I highly recommend John.

We had them over twice in the summer of 2011, and they were able to fix two separate pool problems that our regular pool maintenance company was not able to fix. We are very fortunate to have found John Norton and are looking forward to utilizing him again on the future. He really knows how to troubleshoot.

I called and made the initial appointment months in advance so I'd be early in the queue the following spring. John called back, booked the appointment. (It was easy to find a time. He works 7 days a week in season, dawn to dark.) He called a week before he was to look at the pool in the spring and arrived bright and early on the appointed Saturday morning. He checked for obvious leak sources, "blew" the (underground) lines, scuba-ed to the main drain (brrr...) and determined the leak was around the underwater light. He fixed the light and taught me a bit about the pool. I haven't had that problem again.
