Peter made an appointment for the next day, and arrived on time. He looked at the 4 different problems, explained what was involved, gave me choices for dealing with them & made good suggestions. All of the work was complicated because of old, no longer manufactured hardware that he rejiggered where possible. Also noticed front door lock was sticking, and dealt with it. It was 5 hours of long-overdue work, and well worth it. The workmanship was excellent, he explained what he was doing & why. We highly recommend this company.

I was able to schedule the appointment for the next day, a Saturday, at no extra cost. Peter was very pleasant, arrived when he said he would, and explained what he was doing. He worked efficiently, and cleaned up after he was finished. I was very satisfied, and have put the company in my Palm Pilot to use again if the need arises.

This company was great. They were available immediately and did great work for a fair price. The gentleman who came to do the work was extremely competent, polite, and friendly. He did such great work that we offered him an extra tip, which he politely declined. We will use them again!

Mr. Tenaglia was able to come within an hour of my call. He was extremely pleasant and competent. We will definitely use A-OK's services again when we have need of a locksmith.

Peter answered the phone when I called and was able to come out the same day. He was very nice and happy to explain what he was doing. I highly recommend him and would use him again. I feel like he is very reasonably priced.

Everything should be this simple! Called in the morning, Peter was there in the afternoon. He was running a little late and did something amazing: he called to tell us! Work was done pleasantly and efficiently for a reasonable price. Peter insisted on double checking all work and cleaning up the little dust he'd created. For us, it was all gain, no pain.

A-OK technician (Nick) arrived within 30 minutes of my calling, and did a thorough job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Not only did he fix both doors, but he explained what he did and why he did it. And he swept up the woodshavings after he was finished!

I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THIS GUY DID. HE CAME AT 3 PM ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND WORKED TIRELESSLY UNTIL 10:30 PM TO COMPLETE ALL THE JOBS WE REQUESTED (AND HE DID ALL OF THIS IN SUB-ZERO TEMPERATURES!) HIS WORK WAS SUPER DETAILED, THE LOCKS OPERATE VERY SMOOTHLY AND HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CONSIDERATE. IN ADDITION, I THOUGHT HIS CHARGE WAS VERY REASONABLE (FYI: I SUPPLIED MOST OF THE HARDWARE, SO THE AMOUNT PAID REFLECTS LABOR PRIMARILY).

PETER (THE OWNER) ARRIVED WITHIN 20 MINUTES (!) OF WHEN I CALLED. HE WAS COURTEOUS, THOROUGH, AND FAST.

PETER CAME WITHIN 10 MINUTES, WAS EXTREMELY COMPETENT AND CONSIDERATE.
