This was a very professional installation of a generator hookup. I would recommend TK LYDEN to anyone looking for any kind of electrical work.

Initial contact told me generator could be installed in one week. Sent deposit with contract beginning of December. Check was cashed did not hear anything. Called got a machine. Got a call back saying they cash check then order parts then make appt. once parts arrive. I can go to an electrical supply company and buy everything needed in half an hour. No telling when this will get installed

Contractor responded on the same day contacted and gave an estimate for the work. Work was completed in a timely and very professional manner at a cost under the estimate provided. In addition to replacing the service panel they found and corrected some existing wiring issues. Great, family owned and run company that I would highly recommend to others!

Professional and fast.

Hired Lyden hoping they could tune up my stagnant (unused 1 year) gas powered portable generator. After diagnosing problem for $160.00, was told repairs would be around $300.00 additional. Decided it made more sense to buy a new unit for $800.00 that is propane powered. Lyden was able to get rid of my original Troy Bilt 5500 unit.

I looked for as contractor to buy and install a fixed Generac generator for emergency power at my home. I received five estimates and Tim Lyden was the most competitive including all the things I wanted. Not only did they install the generator but they also did the prep work required before the generator could be properly installed. Many other companies required me to do my own site preparation. Lyden went over and above setting up and landscaping exactly as I had requested. When the propane tank was installed I was not home and it was not installed as I had requested and Tim Jr. took over and the propane company returned along with Tim Jr. and corrected the positioning of the tank and the landscape around it immediately. The company is extremely professional, did everything in a timely manner, and bent over backward to make sure I was happy. Both Tim Jr. and Sr. were terrific and everything they promised they delivered. They made sure I was aware of how everything worked and were sincerely genuine about getting in touch with them if anything went wrong or if I had any questions. Lyden and its workers are outstanding, professional, competitive, sincere and extremely capable guaranteeing a job well done. They secured all the necessary permits and were extremely well organized in getting the job completed. I would highly recommend Lyden without reservation. Oh yes, cannot forget Tim Jr.'s wife Kerri for being extremely helpful with all the financial aspects of the job. Job well done !!!!!
