They came out and took my info. They never contacted me for an estimate and the person who came out did not seem to want to put the effort into giving me a quote!

Very pleasant and professional to work with. They have the process very well organized from order and delivery of the generator to getting in a plumber and the inspectors, just be aware that the job takes more than one visit over a couple of weeks to accomplish once the generator is available. They also have options for them to do the annual maintenance these generators need to keep them working when you need them. That was a service we were very interested in having.

The written quote was 4-5 thousand dollars more than their maximum price quoted @ time of home acessment, I do understand their may be a variable, but not 5k more for a company that has 45 years of experience... They were unable to explain why there was such a discrepancy !

Did an excellent job on my Generac generator. Installed new battery, reset clock, changed oil and did all over check out of functions. Showed up in promised time timeframe and at reasonable price.

Lyden was neat and professional. They did order the wrong lockout switch for my panel and it took an extra two weeks to get it and finish the job.

Person with whom I spoke was professional and knowledgeable. Price was almost double that of others.

I never heard back from anyone,after the initial call.Was supposed to call me back on the 12th of June.So no electrician. I did hire the plumber and he was good. Thnx Marie J. Hebert

I was contacted the first day and was told they would get back to me within 2 or 3 days with a price, after about a week I tried calling again and got the same 2 or 3 day response. It's going on 3 weeks and I'm still waiting!

the gentleman who did the work was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. very good job.

I sent an email reply and left voice mail after getting their quote to set up an appointment but they never called be me back.

Never Actually Came Out To See The Work... Had Me Take Pictures, And Text Them, Then Never Got Back To Me...

They changed my rusty old electrical panel to a modern and SAFE new 200 amp - on time and in budget. The electricians were courteous and helpful and did a great job of cleaning up the job site. I would not hesitate to hiring them again!!

I hired them, but they simply did not show up or communicate in any way.

They are fair honest and a great group of poeple.

T.K. Lyden Electric installed a natural gas fired emergency generator last year and did an overall good job. Some items were on back order which delayed the overall completion of the work, but they stayed on top of it and accommodated our schedule.
