My dryer was making an awful sound - I wasn't sure if it was something that could be fixed or if I needed to replace it. I called Ray's (on a referral from another appliance store if you can believe that), explained my problem, and made an appointment. The technician arrived precisely on time, diagnosed, and was able to fix my dryer . He was very knowledgable, friendly and most of all prepared with the equipment necessary to do the job. The dryer is working great and if I ever need to buy a new one, Ray's will be the first company that I call.

We went to Ray's because they are locally owned and have competitive pricing. They are very willing to answer questions. They are responsive to problems after the sale. We were happy that their pricing was competitive because we like to support small businesses whenever possible. We had a burner go bad and they were good about helping us.
