There was no work done as I never heard from the company. I ended up using another company recommended by a friend.

Done in 3 days. We love how it looks. Its beautiful.

Herb came over and gave us an estimate a day or two after I called. His price was much lower than another Angie's List provider, like MUCH lower. herb also explained why the other provider's estimate on the stairs was so high, and gave us a price for them done another way. We opted to just get the room done because the stairs were still pretty pricey. They were busy for 2 weeks, but we needed the job done in one week. Herb was able to shift things around and they were able to do it in time. They came in and really got to work. The floor is absolutely gorgeous. My better half was ecstatic, as was I. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Herb's to anyone looking to have flooring put in.

We just bought a house with carpeting that begun on stairs and went into all 4 bedrooms. We were dead set on using a friend to install engineered hardwood, but figured one quote wouldn't hurt. Herb was punctual, courtesy, knowledgeable, passionate and informative during his estimate. He asked important questions such as, "how long will you live here", to determine what type of flooring I need. His estimate was received the same night, 1 day prior to his commitment. That had me sold! We even ended up going solid hardwood, a little more expensive, but Herb got us a great price! He was responsive to all our questions, and showed genuine understanding to all my questions and concerns. Herb even stopped by the house before installation to ensure I tore the carpet up correctly (good thing. I didn't remove those pesky staples) He finished the job in 2 days and allowed us to pay for material with our miles card. Herb has earned all my flooring business needs in the future.

Herb had the best price of several estimates. They did a great job, were timely, friendly, neat and clean.

They did an excellent job. They were very friendly, courteous, and punctual.

He had to do two rooms first then a few weeks later the kitchen & family room. The first time we used a satin finish, but I wanted a shinier finish so he came back to put the gloss finish on them. The floors were in poor shape & had some cupping so it was a big job especially in the kitchen. He was very responsive & professional. Will definitely use him again if necessary.

The contractor called back quickly made an appointment and was on time. Was very thorough and price was very competitive. We will use this contractor when it is time to do the work.

I met with 4 contractors that I found on Angie's list, Herb's by far stood out from the pack. He's not only the guy that takes the time to answer all your questions while providing the estimate but he's also the guy that shows up to perform the work with his crew. I wish all contractors could be this pleasant to deal with.
