Clint was professional and easy to work with. He saw right away how to build a frame for the bulkhead door that I purchased. It came out perfectly. The window well covers look custom and the door frame supports the door perfectly. The previous handyman/carpenter that came for an estimate suggested that all of this would be difficult. Clint did the job well, made it look easy and did not add things that weren't necessary. All for a fair price and the work was done promptly, that day. I was so pleased. I was so happy with the way the deck that Clint did for me last year that I had him come back this year to redo my front porch. It came out better than expected as the way the stairs were originally built they were short and narrow. The way Clint rebuilt them they have a much wider footing and are less steep. While here, Clint also noticed my gutters were getting clogged (a project I was saving for later) and came back later and cleaned them for free.

Clint was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He and his partner were professional, punctional, and efficient. And his price for the work was very fair. I would certainly use him again for future projects and would recommend him to others.

Clint showed up for a price quote on time and let me know the options I had and the time frame for the work. When he came to do the work he was prompt, did the work very quickly and the results are fantastic. I'm very pleased and will use him again.

Very happy with his service, work and price. Marvelous! He cared enough to make the stairs safer for my family than the original builder did. He ran out to get the materials and fixed the stairs immediately. In all it took about 2 hours of his time and he was more than fair with the pricing. $100 labor plus $50 in materials.

Clint came out to look and price the job on a Sunday and we went and got the materials that day and he started work the next day. From first contact to job complete in 3 days and the workmanship and price were as good as the service. Will definitely be hiring Clint for other jobs in the future.

Excellent! I had less than a week to repair 2 apartments damaged by tenants and put the building up for sale before leaving town. Mr. Smith's schedule was full, but went out of his way to help. Along with an associate, did an amazing job in record time. Extremely please with the work done. Seriously considering flying him to my other home to have work done during his off season.

He is the best communicator I have ever worked with on a construction project. In addition his work ethic can not be beat! He told us the deck would be done in two weeks and it was done in two weeks! It only took about 2 weeks but Clint was always at my house working on the deck. He saw that there was not enough old footings and added more. He took his time to do a beautiful job and I am so happy with his work. Clint went above and beyond to make this deck work for my pool. I can honestly say that Hammer to Nails should not be listed under just handyman because Clint does all kinds of construction work. His carpentry skills and knowledge are top notch. Beyond that Clint is a honest, hardworking and very dependable person.
