came out promptly during busy time in early June. Was able to provide great service and trouble shoot problem without me being there.

They were very knowledgeable

They arrive on schedule. They clean and maintain the pool to perfection. I had a problem at the beginning of the season that was hard to diagnose. They came numerous times but did not charge until they fixed the problem, The workers are courteous and answer any and all questions as they arise. I wish I had hire this company years ago.

I have dealt with another pool company for the past couple of years and they are a week late on the closing of my pool, O'Donnell Pools was able to come to me on the same day that I called. Fantastic Service.

For the money, I have seen a little better service provided. Their hurry-up mentality and lack of pool timer/electrical panal knowledge did not help when they were trying to get the filter pump running. My wife had to call me at work in order to ask me how they turn on the pump, which last for about 20 minutes of chaos.

Thanks so much for helping us with the pool and the potential issues we might have with it, having just purchased the home. Very good communication, especially since I'm out of town and not able to be onsite during the work.

they came on time,they fixed what i needed and gave good advice about other things i was interested in. I will call them when i need other things done.

Did the job correctly, stayed within the quoted price except for having to rent a jack hammer which was unexpected. No complaints at all, I would use them again if the need arises.

We were pleased with the promptness of their reply to our e-mail; they addressed our problem with the coping in a timely fashion; and they were very polite.

The job was "just" allright, they came on time and did the job.....But The vacume job on the pool was the same that I would have done, I hired a pro so it would come out better then when I did it unfournatly it didn't. Very disappointed!!!

Mr. O'Donnell was very professional, competent and honest. He repaired our inground pool quickly.

When I contacted the service, Mr O'donnel came by and provided me with a quote and a time frame, the time frame he provided was one week from start to finish. He started on the 16th of June and completed the job on the 8th of July, nice looooooong week. His use of my patio furniture to cover wet cement to keep it dry was not a good choice, he also used my 32 gallon trash container for materials that he was going to dispose of. His cleaning of debris after the work was also not so good. The work that he did was very good and the pool again looks as it should for an inground pool.

The company was very experienced in the tiling replacement job that was needed. The owner & crew were professional & conscientious. Scheduling was exactly as promised; from my initial call to completion was under 2 weeks.
