Jim and his crew take the time to talk with you about the project. Let you know what's going on. They clean up after themselves and leave the property secured if you're not home.

They are reliable, responded immediately and kept the pool sparkling clean. When arranging for winterizing and closing, he was able to give me the date and time I requested. I have been very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others.

The company was quick, kind and courteous. On the first visit I was told I needed a new pump, and when I got home from work on the second day, my pool was in fantastic working order.

For a company that claimed to be a pool service company, they did not have supplies of any kind. Every time a part was needed, I had to find name and model myself and then make the purchase, which also meant several returns by them to my home. To date, they have been to my house four times and the work still isn't complete and I have gone five days with my jacuzzi have empty and I have been told that they "might" be back Monday or Tuesday. My request for service with ServiceMagic requested a company that could explain the operation of my pool (b/c I lost my husband four weeks ago and he did all the pool operation). There is more.

Very professional, very nice, showed up on time. We are very happy and he is doing more work for us in repairing tiles on our gunite pool.
