I had a squirrel problem on the roof of my house and contacted Exclusion Pros Wildlife to help. Tim was there and took care of the problem within minutes. A few months later, I was dealing with an ant infestation in a closet. Tim and Exclusion Pros Wildlife quickly diagnosed the problem and the ants were never seen again. Exclusion Pros came in not only to capture some bats flying around the house, they also captured a squirrel that had made its way in. After the removal, Tim was very thorough, and walked the property to identify the points of entry and worked with me to remediate. We started having problems with squirrels intruding into our attics that started with noises coming from opposite ends of the home. We engaged Tim Duarte at Exclusion Pros Wildlife Services based in Taunton and was a true professional from our initial contact. Tim was out the next day to assess our situation, developed and communicated a plan that involved the temporary installation of two one-way doors that would allow the squirrels to exit but not re-enter the attic. He also deployed two motion detecting cameras so that he could monitor activities. His responsiveness could not have been better and the results were outstanding! In summary, we could not be more pleased with the service provided by Tim Duarte at Exclusion Pros! Right from the start Tim was very responsive, understood the situation, put a together and communicated the plan which was extremely successful!
