I received an estimate quickly, they quoted the best price on a high quality Bosch system, they arranged financing, started the job the following week and finished it in a few days. The crew were professional and the work looks great! Cotti also handled the application for the Mass Save rebate. I enjoyed working with several different people in the organization, all were great to work with and professional. Overall, I consider it an excellent experience!

Jeff is a terrific young man who is *exceptionally professional and informative.* He answered all my questions and gave me sound advice on an aging system. + -1 moreThe job went perfectly. Stephen and Ashlee were amazingly professional and knowledgeable. They upgraded my house to a 200 amp panel, with completely new interior box and exterior meter (including wall modifications), and new grounding and protection. In addition they installed a few LED lights around the house as upgrades. They were finished in three days, as quoted, and were on time and efficient every morning. The inspector even went out of his way to comment what a great job was done. I will absolutely be using Cotti-Johnson again.

They payed attention to detail and the new system is working properly. The only thing that was hard was not getting the appointment set up sooner. It was said to me parts and materials were delayed because of COVID-19.

+ 0 moreGil, RAF and Luis installed a new Lenox furnace/AC in my condo yesterday. They were here on time, worked quickly and were done earlier than I expected. All my interactions with them were informative and friendly and at the conclusion of the installation they took the time to show me, and explain to me what they had done. The new thermostat is a bit of a challenge, but they got me started in the setup process so that I could complete it. Before they left they thoroughly cleaned the areas they had worked in and traveled through. You will be very fortunate if you get this crew to install your new furnace.

Matt and Stephen arrived at the scheduled time, cleaned out the interior of the unit (cobwebs and other debris), checked out the battery and electrical control components, changed oil and filter, and even cleaned the outside of the unit. Nice attention to detail. They were engaging and helpfully answered my questions. They also noticed that an unrelated outside electrical outlet on my house was not working, and were able to quote me a reasonable price and replace it on the spot.

+ 0 moreI was really impressed and pleased with their communication. the office called twice to schedule or advise. I believe that I had Sam arrive to do the inspection. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. The inspection itself lasted a few hours, it was not a courtesy check, etc. Sam was really good. He provided a complete breakdown of any possible safety issues as well as possible code violations and more. Everything was broken down and explained. Although I may not hire immediately to complete the recommended work, I will certainly call again if needed. A+

+ 0 moreJeffrey Olivier and his assistant came to fix my gas fireplace. The pilot was on but the fire wouldn’t light. It was a system they weren’t very familiar with. They tried various things, made phone calls for support and referred to the manual, and finally got it working. They spent a lot of time and didn’t give up. They were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Cotti-Johnson.
