The technician: * Arrived on time * Called ahead when on the way * Explained the possible options in simple language * Explained what the work would entail, including any possible disruption to our electricity * Did the work in a timely fashion and kept me informed about what was going on. Overall, the company has been very easy to work with and reliable. They charge what seems like a small premium for their reliability, but I'm very glad to pay it.

Only complaint was that Cotti-Johnson never mentioned any cost and Daniel thought he would be presenting a proposal for different "fixes" for the problem with cost estimates. We only had to pay for his time (less than an hour) and we were never informed bout the hourly rate. $170 seems high.

We were prepared to have to replace the whole system. Shawn found that we only needed a capacitor replacement and that the unit needed regular maintenance. He also checked a few other items and we are quite happy with everything being in working order now. We will be purchasing a maintenance contract with Cotti-Johnson. Thank you !!
