We couldn't be happier with Cotti-Johnson, who installed a new Lennox central AC system (including duct work) in our house! Peter in sales is a real pro and he did a great job of steering us in the right direction with a two zone Lennox system. Cotti Johnson was the 4th and final company that gave us a quote and they did not disappoint. The price was right, but what sold us on Cotti was Peter's knowledge, honesty, and the fact that he didn't try to up-sell us on a system that we didn't need. The entire installation team was excellent and we came to home to a house each day to find not one speck of dust. The air handler is located in our attic and the team arranged all of the duct work in a way that still leaves us with a TON of storage space. Right now all we can think about is using our new AC on those hot summer days!!!!! Thank you Peter and the Cotti-Johnson team!!!!!

Cotti-Johnson was excellent! I was very much impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and overall attitude. The techs were friendly, very cognizant of my concerns and extremely careful to ensure my safety and the safety of my belongings. From the very first interaction I had with the company, I was impressed. They were very flexible in their scheduling, knowledgeable about not only the electrical work but also with the area, meaning they knew where available resources were if they needed them during the work day. During the initial inspection of my home, I was shown exactly what was being looked at and what potential issues were. I was made aware of what to expect when the technicians were to arrive. In all cases, the technicians arrived exactly 10 minutes prior to the time they were scheduled. The first day, they stayed in their vehicle until the time they were scheduled. I was so impressed by this! They knew exactly what time they would arrive and didn't intrude on my time. They explained every move they made. During the overall inspection. They took off every wall outlet and switch, tested each and every one, squeezed into the attic crawlspace and the basement to look at every line and box, and called me in to show me any abnormalities they found and if they should replace or fix it. They also made the time to put in new fixtures that I had requested. Their work was spot on to the estimate that I was initially given for the work. In my opinion, though, they worked a lot harder than the estimate intimated. I can't say enough about their professionalism and work ethic. I would absolutely have them back for any additional electrical work I might need. I highly recommend them!

Cotti-Johnson had a promotion through Costco and we signed up for an assessment and estimate for central AC. Our's is an old house with radiators and forced hot water heating and, therefore, might present a complicated job. This was explained to the tech who assured us that Cotti-Johnson was capable of helping us. At our assessment Peter seemed very professional and knowledgeable. We all spent anywhere from 1- 2 hours going over our house and Peter promised an estimate the next day....that was the last we heard from him or Cotti-Johnson, even after numerous phone calls to them from us . Here's what we expected from a reputable company after spending 2 hours with a tech: a CALL BACK! If you can't do the job, that's okay, but perhaps you can explain why.

On time, neat, effective. Technicians were professional, personable and flexible. I gave a "B" on cost because I may have done better if I shopped around but having the company that was installing the HVAC install the electrical as well was a good convenience and one-stop shopping.

Excellent. The electricians arrived on time, introduced themselves to me and got right to work. It took them a little over an hour to complete the job. They cleaned up the area, thanked me for choosing the company and left.

I recently signed up with a different company. I just got it replaced about two days back. They might be great, but the issue is the price is very high compared to what I got from others. I do not want to disclose the price right now. I can't tell right now. Basically, it's a couple of things I'm still looking at for them to complete. There are still a few things that need to get done, haven't been done yet. I do not have sufficient information to respond to if I would use them again.

They did a remarkably good job on the installation. They were friendly and helpful.

There was no charge for this, it was warranty work. For price, they are good. They made an appointment and they were here for the appointment. The problem was getting them to make that appointment to get here. They were great.

Peter was a pleasure to deal with. Design of new system makes sense, made me aware of a number of credits and loan programs available to get the work done.

TOP-NOTCH. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, STRAIGHTFORWARD AND RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS. UNLIKE OTHER FIRMS, THEY WERE ABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. I HAVE NOT YET MADE MY CHOICE, HOWEVER I FELT COTTI-JOHNSON WAS WORTH ADDING TO ANGIE'S LIST, BECAUSE GOOD HEATING AND AIR COMPANIES ARE HARD TO FIND. OF THE SIXTEEN COMPANIES I CALLED, TEN DID NOT EVEN RETURN MY CALLS AND ONE SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO EVEN BID. OF THE FOUR THAT SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE, ONE APPEARED TO BE GIVING ME A MAJOR SNOW JOB AND ANOTHER DID THE ESTIMATE SO QUICKLY AND SLOPPILY THAT I WAS NOT IMPRESSED. THE BEST TWO WERE COTTI-JOHNSON AND CENTRAL COOLING, WHICH IS ALREADY A FAVORITE ON THIS SITE. I EXPECT TO MAKE A CHOICE SOON, AND WILL POST AND LET YOU ALL KNOW HOW IT GOES WHEN THE WORK IS DONE.
