Excellent work. Very friendly and professional. Robert Duclos was particularly good at quckly identifying and fixing a minor problem. Have already recommended Cotti to a couple neighbouirs. Particulay helpful in completing Green Energy rebates paperwork.

Matt was pleasant and professional. He arrived early and had completed the work within the arrival time window. I had made many calls to local (Cape) electricians with no response. I highly recommend Cotti-Johnson and Matt. They show up, make a clear estimate, provide options, and are professional, polite, and clean up after finishing the work.

I called the company on Sunday evening and they responded promptly early in the morning. My system was installed by them 3 years ago but somehow I missed last year's annual servicing. With the current heat wave it was severely underperforming. They sent out Robert Duclos within the hour. He diagnosed the problem---not enough Freon in the system, grass and mulch build-up in the compressor, valves buried under the landscaping--and fixed it all for the price of the annual service contract. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing central a/c work.

We hired Cotti-Johnson to perform maintenance on ac using Angie's List coupon. Although the issues with ac couldn't be fixed via maintenance, they are working with us to make the work affordable. Robert E. Duclos and his associate spent time explaining exactly what was wrong and what was needed in a way that was respectful and easy to understand. In the past we've been talked "down" to by people in this type of business and have been left not knowing if we were being "sold" more than we needed. Not true of C-J. Hope to work with them in the near future.

My tech (Robert Duclos) provided great service and was able to diagnose the issue my unit was having. He did not try and upsell parts or services that were un-needed and provided honest assessment of the status of the system. He was able to further schedule consultation with other member of the Cotti-Johnson team to help plan our replacement of the failed unit. Luckily the diagnostic fee we paid can be applied to the purchase if we decide to use their bid for the replacement.

He arrived on time; I showed Eric what I needed done: check grounding in my outlets; replace or repair damaged or faulty wires and change two switches and provide an estimate for upgrading my electrical system. He did change the 2 switches and cover 2 outlets. He and his 2 crew men checked the entire outlets; the words I heard a lot were: BX or roman. He installed surge protector. He attached 108,000 AMPS of surge protection device to my circuit breaker. He destroyed the door covering my circuit breaker installing this device!

Due to an unfortunate incident I needed to replace my electrician (not an Angie’s member) during the renovations of my kitchen. Eric of Cotti-Johnson reached out to me after my initial contact. Telephonically, we discussed what I needed done and scheduled an appt for him to assess the situation. Eric came to my home and met with my carpenter. Due to miscommunication I was not aware that my carpenter had already retained the services of another electrician to begin work the day after Eric kept his scheduled appointment. Considering the fact that Eric arranged his schedule to meet with me he was a gentleman and complete professional about the situation. I would definitely consider him for future projects.

Cotti-Johnson was superb. We had long wanted a permanent generator attached to our house but delayed due to the hassle (buying a generator and then finding all the separate contractors needed to do the electrical and gas work). Cotti-Johnson was one-stop shopping. They did it all, including arranging for the final inspections. They responded to our inquiry right away and within weeks, our generator was fully installed. They also upgraded our electrical panel (long overdue). Kudos to Eric for assessing our needs and E. J. and his co-workers for their efficient and excellent work in installing both the generator and electrical panel.

Eric was punctual, personable, and professional. I would have liked to have hired them but their quote was $2100 more than the company that was hired (who has been servicing the oil burner). Just too expensive.

Previously we had talked with at least 3 other companies. When we called Cotti-Johnson Peter Came out the next day, figured out what was needed, discussed in detail, and sent a quote the following day. The job was comparable to the previous vendors, a little less expensive and they could start in two weeks. Everyone else was months away from starting. Steve & Nick came out when we scheduled, on time, and prepared to complete the jobs. They were personable, professional, knowledgeable and diligent workers. They worked in the heat of summer and much worse in the heat of the attic. We could not asked for two better workers. Back in the office, when I had a question about rebates, billing, paperwork, etc. I would be remiss if I left out Melissa, who was always very pleasant and helpful. Thanks for a job well done!

Excellent job! I requested quotes from 4 top recommended electricians on Angie's list. Two out of the four responded the same day. Eric emailed and called. I had an estimate with the job done the following day! Very professional, and clean. Drop cloths were used and dust and debris vacuumed. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again!

The service went very good. I was able to schedule an appointment and Ethan came out on time and explained the service to me up front. He then went through the service showing any areas that may have been an issue and explained how best to maintain the system. He was polite and professional. I would recommend to anyone who needs to have an AC service.
