I left an inquiry on the website, and someone got back to me within a few days. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Joe arrived on time and prepared on the day of the estimate. Chaves was the second contractor that we had out to our house to quote the work. We knew that we wanted ductless units in two areas (where we spend most of our time), but we weren't sure about the bedrooms. We explained this during the estimate. Joe explained the differences between Fujitsu and Mitsubishi units and answered all of the questions we had. He emailed a quote later that day. Actually, he emailed two quotes--one included two bedrooms and the rooms we wanted done, and the other included only one bedroom and the rooms we wanted done. About two weeks later, after my spouse and I discussed it further and gotten all of our estimates done (a snowstorm and sickness delayed the process more than we had anticipated), we decided that we only wanted the two rooms done, with no bedrooms included. I emailed Joe to ask for an adjusted quote, and I never heard back from him.

Work was performed on time and in professional manner. The technicians were very knowledgeable and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They even told me that some work I thought I needed was unnecessary. This saved me a lot of $$.

He was nice and personable. He did the work and he was inexpensive. I was really happy with it. I would definitely use him again.
