Technician informed me it was a leaking system but he had no interest working on it because it would take too much time.

I called in the morning. Gil returned my call within 45 minutes, was at my house 15 minutes later and fixed the fridge. The timing was lucky and I had a two hour turn around total! The first place I called scheduled me for the following week. Gil was professional, honest and advised me of my options.

My three year old washing machine had stopped working. They came out quickly and let us know that the circuit board had gone and gave us options to repair. In the end we did not repair the unit but bought a new one. We were given guidelines of what to look for in a new washer in their opinion and we went with that. We have used Broadway Appliance on many occasions in the past on various appliances and would use them again when the need arises.

I called and they scheduled something for that day actually. I had someone home to let them in - apparently it was quick and simple. They called me to confirm the total cost for labor and the part, I gave them a CC number and they billed me that day. Done. Works fine and I didn't have to buy a new refrigerator or have a really expensive repair.

They came out and told us that it was a pretty easy fix and that we could do it ourselves. He said he could do it for us and charge us $65, but we could buy the part and do it ourselves. That happened another time when they told us that we could save money by doing it ourselves. We’ve had pretty good luck with them. I think it is great that they aren’t just coming out to take your money, they tell you what you have to do. We'll call them again. They didn't charge us much to come out so I'd say their price has been pretty reasonable.
