There are not enough "thank you's" that I can say to Kenneth Martin at Blue Collar Electrical Services!! He was prompt, courteous, reassuring, professional , friendly and very reasonable in pricing. I had a very scary (to me) electrical problem and he did everything to keep us safe and get us back on track. If you are like me electrical issues send your mind to the worst possible situations so you want it fixed right away. I put a desperate plea out for an Electrician, the first one who came was in a rush, literally gave me 10 min and said he did not have time to help me. Kenneth was called and came promptly, he could tell I was terrified. He spent 2 hours searching for the problem and realized it was not a simple fix. He reassured me after all his checks that we were safe and came back 2 days later to fix the issue. He even fixed another issue with an outdoor socket to make it safer while he was there. I had previously had a very bad experience with an Electrician, this was so different. Kenneth's professionalism, knowledge and friendly personality put my mind at ease right away and I felt confident to have him do the job. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left and gave us a very reasonable bill for the work, we expected to pay more so were very happily surprised.
