It did not. I called and scheduled a week in advance, was asked to text my information and I would get a confirmation. I did not get a confirmation. I called/texted to confirm - I did not get a response. The day of, after waiting for his arrival for more than 30 minutes - my husband called as he was waiting after getting out of work early to be at home - no response. I then get a call an hour later saying he was tied up at another job and wouldn't make it. I get it - that happens I asked to reschedule - he said tomorrow. Then NO response after that. I called and even said, hey, if you don't want the job, just let me know so I can find someone else. No response.. The world is busy and I get that things happen but, if you can accept a job, you should at least tell the person if you are not going to make it or in this case, that you don't really want the job.

Awful!! - poor communicator, rarely returns messages or phone calls. Took 3 weeks from contacting him to get him to commit to a date to do the jobs. Finally nail down a date and he leaves after only doing one job, and that one is still incomplete, pending his applying to my town for a gas permit/inspection for the on-demand gas water heater installation. I contacted Eric on Dec 2nd 2015 to install on-demand water heater, install gas piping for fireplace gas log insert that was being delivered 1/6/16 and replace outdoor water spigot/indoor on/off valve. I should have known after chasing this guy for several weeks to nail down a date to do the jobs, that it should have been a Red Flag! He finally came Mon Dec 28th and after installing the gas on-demand water heater, he told me he forgot his masonry drill to install the gas piping for the fireplace gas insert. HE KNEW this was my PRIORITY, not the on demand water heater. Why would you forgot a drill that you knew you needed?....shouldn't that be in his truck? Onto the outdoor water spigot. It was the original spigot where my hose was stuck on, but it was still operational until he snapped off my spigot and said he would have to come back to replace it. On 12/28 he said he would be back on 12/31/15 to finish the jobs. I waited at home, no calls, messages, a NO SHOW. On Jan 3rd 2016 he said he was sorry and he was sick. He said he should be able to get here by the afternoon on 1/4 - said in an Angies list message that he would either shoot me an e-mail or text to let me know the time. Again NO SHOW. I called at 5:08pm, sent a phone text and Angies list message with no response. Sent another message on Jan 5th, with NO response. Do NOT recommend this provider.

It was a pleasant surprise to hear Eric's voice answering my call in he morning. I had explained my problem to him. He told me he had an inspection and wouldn't now what time he's be done. Despite being busy , he came out to my house, lit my pilot and explained things to me. He recommended a tankless water heater and advised that there is a rebate as well. I agreed to have the tankless water heater installed. When I asked him how much did I owe him for coming out, he said nothing. He is a really nice guy. Honest and fair. I am so happy to have found a great plumber to help with all my future plumbing projects.

I called this plumber on Oct 8th,2015 and hesaid that he would show up on Friday the 9th but never called and I waited all day for him to show up. I called on Staurday the 10th to find out where he was and he forgot so we made another appointment for Monday the 12th. He again never showed up or even gave a phone call. I am very disappointed with this plumber who seems not to care about his customers, I do not recommend him for any work. Iam looking into getting a responsible plumber in the area that will do the work I need. It is very important that I get someone for this job.

Everything went well; he did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Very prompt and professional. Came by to replace a bath drain handle that had snapped off which he did quickly while showing me exactly how to handle it again in the future should it eventually snap again. He then explained how to fix the smell with our dishwasher (a flexible tube coming had fallen off it's mounting and simply needed to be zip tied up to create an air gap), and then made some suggestions about a sump pump project I had been considering for years. Whille others had made the job bigger and bigger, he described a plan that would work on the budge I had and providing the result I wanted (since I didn't want to finish my basement, I just wanted no water, but our high water level makes just doing a sump pump without french drains tricky). I was very satisfied and would gladly use them again!!

I called Big Dog yesterday and left a message. Eric called me back and I explained what I needed. He said he would show up the following day and do the work. Eric called ahead on the day of the work and showed up and completed the job. I greatly appreciated he taking on the job and doing it the next day. He is now my go to plumber when needed.

He is very friendly. He comes out at a reasonable period of time. His rates are reasonable. Very personable. The cost was reasonable. I wouldn't want too cheap but I wouldn't want too expensive either. He is really within budget. He is pretty decent. Excellent quality. Punctuality, really good. He is very professional.

It was great. The gentleman arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and didn't charge me since it was such a simple issue.
