Roofing Doctor put on our roof and this is the roof that had flat roof that had been leaking for 20 years. They did a very careful job and it has not leaked. They are not the cheapest people, but when they do the work it is best. They are very competent, they know what they are doing.

They provided a comprehensive quote and explained all my options to me. They completed the job within the window they said they would. They said it would be the second week of May and they performed the work on May 12 ? 13, 2014. The roof is beautiful and my yard was immaculate both evenings after they finished. I don?t know what it looked like during the day but everything was picked up and put away by the time I got home.

I had a really bad leak from a rotted roof. Another contractor attempted to fix it, and did a shoddy job. The Roofing Doctor did the job correctly - no shortcuts - and I was impressed with how much work they could get done in a few days. It's been nearly two years since the work was done, and I am happy to say that the leak has not reappeared. Pleasantly impressed overall.

The fellow that came out knew what he was doing but he didn't know exactly where the repairs supposed to be made. We had to instruct him as the owner had told us what needed to be repaired. There seem to be a lack of communication. The price was fine. The repair was held up as far as I know, their internal communication probably needed to be a little bit better in terms of being able to set up the appointment time with the customers. Had we not been home, the fellow might have come out and did the repair we wouldn't have known and he might not have gone on all the places that had been discussed with the owners as far as what needed to be repaired.

They were on time. They came very confident. They met the estimate exactly. Their very nice to deal with and I would hire them again.

The owner came out to do the walk through. He was on time. Unfortunately, i wasn't. He waited until I arrived, and did a thorough assessment of the damage to complete a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable about construction and materials, and professional. He obviously takes a great deal of pride in the work his company does and values customer relationships. Shortly thereafter I received a professional printed quote via US Mail. Again, it was very thorough and professional. Unfortunately due to current budgetary restraints, i was unable to proceed with having the work done by The Roofing Doctor, but based on the quote and level of professionalism, I would recommend that others check them out for roofing and skylight work.

He was extremely professional, and I wish I were able to go with them for the job. Unfortunately, their work is so good that they had a 4 week wait for my project to start which forced me to go with somebody else. I needed it done before hurricane season. The price was great, and I know they would have done an excellent job. He even came to give me a quote the same day I called for it. I will absolutely use them in the future.

Probably the worst bid I've ever received for any job - considering the first two contractors spent time measuring windows and consulting me on the options at hand I was shocked that Sergei would treat this job as something he wasn't even interested to evaluate. He claimed one skylight would take two guys an entire day to replace and we have 5 total to replace so he said it would be minimum $10K to replace all 5 - he handed me a packet full of brochures and his card and he was on his way in less than 10 minutes. I expect to receive bids that aren't identical to other bids but Sergei was not interested in doing the work at all. His suggestion was for me to call the Velux manufacturing Rep for New England and see what his suggestion would be to replace the old windows.

The whole process went very well. The job was started on time, and went smoothly from start to finish. Mr Rossi also took care of a couple of other roofing item not at all associated with the job he was hired for. A great experience!!

Sergie came over to check on a leaky roof and immediately found an exposed nail. He fixed it right on site and also inspected the other areas of the roof and didnt see any other issues. When he left he refused payment! Saying that it was an easy task and not to worry about it! He did notice some other potential problem areas on the roof but calmed my fears and told me not to worry about it. If there ever is a problem, I certainly know who to call.

After contacting Sergei, he arrived a day or so later wiith a clear description of the type of roofs available to me , and left a packet of literature describing the shingles etc. I explained to him what I wanted. He followed up in a few days with the contract and cost. I called him again as I had many ?,s. He came to my house ,answered all my ?,s Told me exactly when he could do the work should I choose him. After considering all the other bids I had. ,I decided on the Roofing Doctor, and I am very happy with what has been done and the manner inwhich it was done. He came 2 days earlier than when he was supposed to come.4 men arrived at 7:30 am. The foreman introduced me to the group. They did not leave until 6:30 pm.,everything cleaned up around the house including all the nails on the ground removed left it exactly as they found.They worked all the time they were ther with the exeception of a brief lunch break. Day 2 played out in the same manner. Day 3 same. Looks like they may finish today or tomorrow .I am very satisfied with the work that has been done the professional way it was done,the cleanup exceptional, and they outdid themselves in making sure no damage was done to any part of my property. I would not hesitate to hire them shouid I have the need, and I would sincerely recommend them to others who have the need.

Met with Sergei the owner and went over my requirements for the job. He was well prepared and very professional. He and I reviewed his available material types and my requirements. He went up on the roof and checked things out. He had a simplified framework along the lines of good, better, best to guide us in our choices of methods and materials. I was concerned about being up to reasonable hurricane wind standards and wanted a nice charcoal color architectural grade shingle with a good warranty. He had many to offer. I approved a particular combination and he provided a detailed contract for aprox. $10,750 along with his Massachusetts and Rhode Island contractors licenses and a copy of his liability insurance certificate. I signed the contract and gave him a downpayment on the 12th of March and they were on the roof around the 2nd of April. I gave them a check for about half the job on the day they started. Right after they started removing the old roof, I got a call to tell me that they were surprised to find that the existing underlayment on a portion of the roof was not up to standards and they needed to add about $1,400 to the contract to allow them to install new plywood. I gave my permission and they began installing new plywood that day. They had a good professional crew who were very diligent, quiet (to the extent a roofing job can be quiet) and neat. The material removal was good and complete. I know how important complete removal is because I once had a roof replaced on a previous house and found old nails and bits of shingle for years afterward. There were very few remainders. They removed to old system, replaced a portion of the deck, installed the new roof system including architectural shingles with a hurricane nailing system, underlayment, ice barrier, drip edges, flashing, hip and ridge caps and new flashing for the chimney. The roof looked very nice and we received a manufacturers warranty in the mail within a couple weeks. Sergei made sure to let me know that he and the manufacturer were both involved with the warranty and he wanted me to know he stood behind it as well. I'm writing this nine months later because I wanted to get through a season and see how I felt about the job after a few storms. We're very happy and I feel confident that the roof will do at least as well in a strong wind storm as the rest of the house.

I was able to get an appointment within two days of my call to the company. Sergei was very professional when he came to inspect the proposed work and told us he would get back to us within a few days. We received a contract in the mail within a few days and sent a check to him at that time. We assumed that the company would get back to us when they expected to come out to perform the work. Much to our surprise one of the company's crew came out about a week later to do the job. Luckily we were home at the time as we had had no advance notice that the worker was coming to do the work. This worker didn't seem to have all the information about what work was to be done. My husband was able to tell him what Sergei and he had discussed as to what repairs were needed. The work was completed in a timely manner and appears to be fine. My only concern was the somewhat lack of communication between 1) the company and the custmer, i.e. their showing up without letting us know first 2) the worker not being aware of what all the proposed work was to be done ( replacement of several rows of shingles on the living room peak.) All in all it was a positive experience and I'm sure my concern is an easy thing to correct.

I didn't want to replace my roof yet, but I did want some repairs done. I also wanted two new gutters put up.They gave me an estimate, in writing, and they performed the work perfectly. I would definitely use them again--for example, when I replace the roof in about three years. I highly recommend them.

The workers were very neat and did not leave any debris. The roof was completed on time and looks great. Only issue is that Sergio, the owner, would perfer to deal with men and did not address me in the meeting.
