This contractor deserves an A+ in all categories but Angies' does not provide that option. The owner Sergei was courteous and professional from the time of estimation through time of cleanup. He was the first to provide a reasonable offer before 5 other roofing bidders, and he was among the lowest in price. His crew arrived within the week as promised, but made sure to wait a couple of days due to rain conditions. Unlike other roofing contractors my family has used in the past, my father was surprised that the crew did not talk to each other, took only 10 minute breaks and completed the job professionally within the time promised. As I write this review, it has been one year since the work performed; the roof is perfect, looks great, without any evidence of leakage. This is a contractor that I will use (my father's house needed the roof shingles replacement) and my family will use in the future. I have recommended and would recommend Sergei and Roofing Doctor to any person seeking high quality work in roofing at reasonable prices.

The job was done on time, fast and in a very professional way. I recommend the roofing doctor for your roofing needs. The crew was nice and cleaned up after them. I'm a very hard person to work with but they Worth every penny!!!

We needed to have our roof redone in April 2012 – both our house and garage. I got a whole host of estimates and the one from Roofing Doctor was not the cheapest but Sergei was one of the few roofers who I trusted from the start. He told me when he first came to look at the house that he would be willing to work with me on the price, and he did. He sat down with me, explained exactly what was included and came down on his original quote. I appreciated how professional and honest he was. Our experience continued to be nothing but positive when the work began. On the first day, Sergei showed up with his crew. They reviewed the job with me, confirmed what we had agreed on and introduced me to the crew. The head of the crew, Mark, was extremely professional and helpful. He kept me informed of their progress and explained what would happen if it rained, etc. The crew was polite, quiet, and respectful of my family, our tenants, our neighbors, and our yard. I cannot recommend Sergei and his company highly enough. From the time of the estimate through the completion of the work, I always felt as if we were in competent hands.

Sergei's crew led by Matt arrived on time and ready to work. They worked efficiently and finished the job in less time than originally estimated. All members of his four man crew acted in a professional and courteous manner.

The owner did a very thorough review of existing roof conditions while preparing the estimate. He took the time to explain the available options and roofing solutions during the quotation process. We were very impressed with his attention to detail and emphasis on quality in describing methods. With an existing roofing system on an older home, a few problem areas we expected would need extra attention were reviewed and the methods to address those were fully explained. The contract was signed in late May and there was some wait to be scheduled (late August). This was not an issue for us - it actually worked out better. The job itself was quoted to be a full week and took 4 days to perform. With a hurricane forecasted to hit our area, The Roofing Doctor assigned extra labor to get the job done in advance of the storm. The crew was very professional and polite. The job was cleaned up each day. The areas anticipated to need additional work were in fact repaired by the Roofing Doctor - these were done in a very high quality manner and has enhanced the integrity of the roof. The two new roofing systems look fantastic. They performed very well during the storm that followed. A minor issue with a gutter had to be addressed which was responded to within an hour of calling Roofing Doctor. Overall a very positive experience and very thorough and customer service-oriented contractor.

I think I made the right choice with the contractor and material.

The owner came to the house personally to review the job and followed up in a timely manner with the estimate. The estimate was the middle cost of the three we received but included removal of the old roofing and repair of any wood surfaces required underneath, where the other two proposed to go over the existing asphalt. We thought that was the better solution. The team arrived as scheduled and were neat and professional. The work was completed on time and to our satsifaction. The owner was a frequent fixture as the work was being performed and followed up to be sure we were happy. Overall a very positive experience.

The owner and his workers were enjoyable and a joy to have around, while always maintaining a professional decorum. Rain delayed their estimated start date by a week; they worked daily, and completed the entire job in 9 days. We found them on Angie's list after one of my wife's coworkers recommended them, and have already recommended them to some of our friends.

WE HAD THREE ESTIMATES. THIS COMPANY OFFERED THE MID-PRICE RANGE. WE CHOSE THEM BECAUSE THE REP WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, ENTHUSIASTIC, AND HELPFUL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THE CLEAN UP WAS THOROUGH.
